Located in Pescara, this attractive villa for $215 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. La villa si trova a circa 4 km dalle spiagge di sabbia finissima e dorata di Francavilla al mare a 5 km dall'aeroporto di Pescara e dal suo centro e a 7 km da Chieti. All'arrivo sarete accolti da me e dalla mia famiglia al fresco del adiacente al giardino e attrezzato di barbecue, tavolo e sedie. La villa e 'circondata da un giardino curato, dotato di panchine e amache a totale disposizione. È composto da un ingresso, una cucina attrezzata open space, un soggiorno con divano, tavolo e tv, 3 camere e 1 bagno con vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone e un altro bagno con 1 doccia. Dotata di tutti i comfort, la villa è per 7 persone. A disposizione dei clienti, abbiamo tutto il necessario per accogliere i bambini, seggiolino pappa, fasciatoio, lettino, culla! Wifi gratis. Inoltre, sarà un piacere per noi, farvi trovare il necessario per la colazione per il primo giorno di soggiorno.

We have been at Villa Laura with the family, 2 adults & 3 kids (5, 7 & 12).
If you see the pictures in the internet, Villa Laura looks great.
If you are there, it is even better. In fact, over the Winter months, the owner family is living in the house by themselves, and you can feel and see it allover.
The garden is great for playing football with the kids, the outside kitchen has besides a big charcoal grille a gas oven, fridge and everything else you need - of course there's a complete and big kitchen inside as well.
Having air condition in each room makes it easy during the hot sommer.
One if the best part is the pool area, which is a level lower then the house/garden, accessible through some stairs.
All is new and in good operation - not like many other abused houses you might find in the internet.
Erica and her family are always available, before the stay and also during the stay. Very friendly and so supportive.
They "bombarded" us with a lot of good tipps for restaurants and places to visit, which made our stay perfect :-)
Driving about 8 minutes down the hill, and you are in Francavilla with the lovely beach and, supermarket, restaurants etc.
What we liked: About 90& of all tourists have been Italians, so it felt kind of original and not like a touristic area.
All in all, there is nothing you can do wrong by booking this package (Villa Laura & Erica's family as a host).

Una settimana da sogno
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Villa Laura e ci dispiace solo di non essere rimasti almeno una settimana in più.
La Villa è molto ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno. Beneficia di un giardino, una cucina esterna attrezzata, un grande barbecue di qualità, un'ampia terrazza ombreg-giata, amache e molti giochi per bambini. Questa proprietà molto favorevole al relax. Accanto alla piscina avevamo una vista della Majella, e dall'altro lato della proprietà avevamo una vista della bella addormentata del Gran Sasso.
La struttura, molto spaziosa, dispone di tutte le attrezzature utili per il vostro sog-giorno.
I proprietari erano sempre preoccupati che non ci mancasse nulla e attenti che aves-simo una vacanza fantastica. La regione offre un'incredibile diversità. Abbiamo visi-tato le Isole Tremiti, le montagne, la campagna ma anche il mare e il centro città che sono molto vicini. Abbiamo passato giorni e serate davvero fantastiche. Consiglio que-sto posto senza esitazione.
Nous avons passé une semaine à la villa Laura et nous avons un seul regret, c'est de ne pas êtres resté au moins une semaine de plus.
La propriété est très bien entretenue aussi bien à l’intérieur qu'à l’extérieur. Elle bénéficie d’un jardin arboré, d’une cuisine équipée extérieur, un grand Barbecue de qualité, une grande terrasse ombragée, des hamacs, et de nombreux jeux pour enfants. Cette propriété très favorable à la détente. A côté de la piscine nous avions une vue sur la Majella, et de l'autre côté de la propriété nous avions une vue sur la belle endormie du Gran Sasso.
Quant à la maison, elle est très spacieuse, dispose de tout le matériel utile pour votre séjour.
Les propriétaires étaient toujours soucieux que l'on ne manque de rien et attentif que l'on passe de belles vacances. La région vous offre une diversitéé incroyable. Nous avons visité les îles Tremiti, la montagne, la campagne ainsi que la Mer et le centre-ville à proximité. Nous avons passé des journées et des soirées vraiment fantastiques. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitations.

Thanks to Erica and Fabrizio we had an awesome time! The pool is perfect for the kids (and of course parents as well) in case you want to have a quick swim without driving to the beach. Very beautiful with an outside shower! The garden and the seating outside are very spacious and offer a lot for the kids to play.

Grocery shopping is also a 10 min ride - but you can get everything there.

Thanks to Erica and Fabrizio we had an awesome time! The pool is perfect for the kids (and of course parents as well) in case you want to have a quick swim without driving to the beach. Che dire…!!!accoglienza fantastica con il necessario per una prima colazione e i proprietari super disponibili…!!Erica ci ha portato a conoscere il paese consigliandoci dei posti che si sono rilevati ottimi…sia per il cibo che per il divertimento…!!casa super pulita e super attrezzata con ogni genere necessario sia per la cucina che per L igiene personale ma soprattutto per il divertimento dei più piccoli!!!cucina esterna e area pranzo super fornite con possibilità di brace,Fornelli e spillatore della birra…la piscina che per noi, avendo bimbi piccoli, è risultata fondamentale per il divertimento pomeridiano…la distanza dal mare breve e con possibilità di parcheggio nei pressi della spiaggia.
Lo stabilimento balneare anch’esso consigliato da Erica e risultato anche lui molto valido!…palma con 6 lettini ad un ottimo prezzo…in riva al mare e con adiacente punto ristoro con rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono…
Un soggiorno super piacevole in un posto fantastico allietato dalla compagnia dei proprietari, ottime persone con cui fa piacere trascorre il tempo!!! A mio parere super consigliato!!!!

Bellissima esperienza!
La casa è molto carina, pulita ed i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili.
Eravamo 4 adulti e 4 bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
C’è un ampio giardino con giochini per bambini e zona relax per adulti comprensivo di cucina all’esterno ben attrezzata! La consiglio assolutamente!!!

Che dire, nulla da eccepire E tutto da consigliare!
Una villa curata nei minimi dettagli e completa di ogni confort. Abbiamo soggiornato qui a fine Agosto, eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone con tante esigenze ed abbiamo vissuto in assoluto relax sia la splendida villa nel suo interno, sia il giardino che la circonda. Erica e FABRIZIO, i proprietari, sono persone molto attente e disponibili a rendere il soggiorno speciale. La sua ubicazione a pochi minuti dal mare sia di Pescara che di Francavilla la rende strategica.
Date un’occhiata alle foto, se vi sembrerà bella...vi ricrederete...dal vivo lo sarà ancora di più!

Villa confortevole e a misura di bambino
Villa ampia e confortevole, ottima per 8 persone. Curata nei dettagli e a misura di bambino. Pulita e molto attrezzata (non manca veramente nulla!!!).
L’ampissimo spazio esterno consente di alternare piacevolissimi momenti di relax ai momenti di gioco libero dei bambini.
I proprietari con discrezione e cortesia sono stati sempre disponibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta.
La villa ha una posizione strategica: a pochi minuti dai lidi attrezzati ma appena poco lontana dal caos urbano. Difficile trovare qualcosa di cui lamentarsi.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten. Luxuriöse Einrichtung! Alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Für Kinder jedes Alters bestens geeignet.
Sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche und herzliche Vermieter Familie.
Bekamen am ersten Tag eine tolle Führung rund um die wichtigsten Orte in der nähe.
Einziger Negativpunkt: Mücken im Aussenbereich... Innenbereich dank der Mückennetze an jedem Fenster Mückenfrei.
