Nestled in San Jose, this lovely house for $209 per night is a great option for your next trip. Unique, aesthetic design-REAR UNIT 4 Bedrooms /3 Full Bathrooms and 1400FT in heart of downtown San Jose. The REAR unit includes access to the entire backyard, carport ,a patio set, lovely fruit trees and plenty of off street parking when necessary. Great easy access to museums, SAP, San Jose convention center SJC airport only 10mins, and major Hi-tech companies(eBay,Adobe,Netfix,Intel,Samsung,Apple,SJSU)Close distance to everything,shops, library, markets and City Hall... As the owners of the house, we are very serious about the quality and management of each reservation. We strike to provide the best vacation house experience. Fresh and cleaned bed linens are provided for each check-in. All used bed sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases are washed and disinfected every time when guests check out. We got most of our bedding sheets and duvet covers from well known brand names such as Calvin Klein & DKNY to provide best and most comfortable and high quality material for our guests. You would feel the house just like your own home and have your own privacy. The Unit is in a stylish, contemporary Craftsman brand new home, beautifully, designed & maintained with new furnishings and appliances by the owner of the house . You'll have the whole rear unit (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms),There are 4 bedrooms with three queen beds, Two twin beds and one twin size folding bed. Open space for dining, kitchen and living area. Kitchen has well appliances , beautiful quartz countertop with stylish décor art tiles kitchen backsplash. There is nothing more impressive than an open space (kitchen, dinning area and living room) that takes advantage of a beautiful back yard view. 6 Ft wide window brings bright lighting for whole house. You would enjoy breakfast in such a beautiful morning while you enjoy the beautiful rear yard view through the large window. You also can watch 55 inches 4K brand new TV at living room when you enjoy eating as well.

My family recently stayed for our destination Xmas. The house is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our time alot. Would def stay there again if ever I’m that area.

Updated small charmer. The home had what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was a bit underwhelming but still felt safe and very walkable. Comfy furniture and stocked well with items you need for your stay. Will definitely keep this home on our list for future visits to San Jose.

The weather cooperated and made our evenings on the patio memorable. We 3 sisters and a cousin enjoyed being able to walk to the Vegetarian place for lunch. Billy's was a short drive with fun antique shops nearby. Dinners were simple home cooked fare in the kitchen, but we had to run the dishwasher nightly for utensils and dishware. We each had our own bedroom and the walk in shower on the lower level was heavenly.

The original price for this four bedroom apartment was for three nights at a reasonable level. When we indicated the size of our group it significantly jumped. The explanation was unsatisfactory. Believe the information should be available initially for comparison purposes.
Additionally the bedrooms were small and had to crawl over partner or end of bed to sleep. Also beds were noisy when just turning over. Pots and pans needed cleaning before use. No teaspoons available and other silverware was minimal.

This Home Unit was very clean, every room was updated, and they had everything we could need. The covered parking on a driveway was also so appreciated. Great experience, we could not have been happier staying there, thank you for everything!

We enjoyed the house. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. If you have kids, be aware that there are no kid friendly dishes and the drinking glasses are really heavy glass. It's not an issue if you aren't traveling with little ones. We loved walking through the quiet neighborhood and admiring the gardens.

We were headed to San Jose for a wedding weekend and decided to extend our stay to tour around the area. Tina's home was the perfect spot for us to settle in for the week and then to take day trips north to Muir Woods / Stinson Beach / Sausalito / San Francisco and west to Henry Cowell Redwoods/ Natural Bridges Beach / Santa Cruz!
The home is as pictured: completely updated, clean, and tidy. We rented this 4-bdrm "back unit" with the outside patio area, while our friends were able to get the 3-bdrm front unit. The location was close to San Jose State University and our kids enjoyed having access to the city's scooters (which they rode in their suits to the wedding!)
Tina provides all of the necessities (soaps, shampoo, TP, paper towels, linens, iron/ironing board, etc) which is very helpful when flying in from across the country. The closets were empty and stocked with hangers for us to unpack. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and really appreciated the Starbucks coffee that was provided as well.

We had a lovely time at the property. The property was clean and the property manager was easy to get a hold of.
The property is small but that is clearly called out in the listing. We had 7 adults and managed just fine thanks to the sectional in the living room.
There was a scarcity of silverware and glasses so we had to wash frequently and the DW was not attached properly so it tilted forward out of the cabinet but we reported that to Tina and I am sure she will have it repaired. Overall a lovely stay and the property was fit for purpose.

My sisters ,and my husband and I stayed here while in San Jose for my son's wedding. This was the perfect house. Everyone had their own bedroom and the 3 bathrooms made is very convenient. We were there for several days and enjoyed cooking family dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Loved sitting on the back patio after a busy day. Conveniently located. Close to the airport and downtown San Jose. The house was perfect. Just as pictured. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with. She is a great host.

This place suited our varied needs very well. We had a little friends dinner on the patio which was extremely pleasant. We had a WFH person who used the upstairs desk nook with great success. The place is located close to downtown and freeways and the airport so San Jose travel is easy breezy and yet the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. All in all just right!

This was the perfect spot for our extended family of 6 to stay while in town for our daughter’s graduation from SCU. Really nice place and a great layout with 4BR and 3 BA. It’s well-stocked with everything you might need, and we enjoyed sitting at the table outside in the evenings. Communication with the host was great.

Great duplex in a great location!
This property was great! My friends and I stayed in the back unit of this duplex and it was more than enough room for all 6 of us! We each had a bed, plenty of room to get ready for our days and nights out, and could each use one of the 3 bathrooms with no problems waiting for one another. We chose this spot due to its close proximity to downtown San Jose and it was perfect. Lots of food options within walking distance or a couple of minutes drive. Property owners had great communication with me and answered all questions and were accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend!

Great Location
We used tithe house as a base to visit the Bay Area from Monterey to The Jelly Belly Factory. The central location worked well for us. The house was very clean and well stocked. Just a note that the single cup coffee maker is not a K-cup so you will need ground coffee. Other than that a very nice place to stay and we would come back again.

Nice property, but a bit tight
This is a very nice, well-maintained property, and nicely decorated. The space is a bit tight, however, with every bed having one side against a wall - meaning that if two people are in a bed, one will have to crawl over the other to get out. The beds are also quite noisy when you move in them (or crawl over your spouse). Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here.

Just Perfect
We had a group of nine for two nights for a local concert. We drove from Sacramento so had a lot of stuff we needed already. The home was perfect for us - everyone had a bed to sleep in, plenty of linens! Relaxing in the outdoor courtyard was nice and the neighborhood was mostly peaceful (one late mariachi band party ) and we felt safe. Visited an awesome taqueria (La Victoria) and there was a Starbucks .5 miles away :). I would easily stay here again. Tina even texted me shortly after we checked out to let us know we forgot something! Very communicative and kind and the house was just as described. Thank you Tina!

Nice family gathering
Our family met from various locations to attend college volleyball tournament at San Jose State and Santa Clara University. This was a close location to both and the house is very clean with nice patio for visiting. Rooms are not large, but nice to have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Tina is very quick to answer questions!
