Situated in Seabrook Island, this lovely cottage for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Nestled amongst the Carolina palm trees, this comfortable, well-appointed cottage is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends. It is a stand-alone cottage with ample room for parking underneath in a quiet neighborhood on Seabrook Island. This cottage is in pristine condition and awaiting your visit. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, updated en suite bathroom and an oversized HDTV. Patio doors give you direct access to the screened porch and sitting area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with sliding doors to give you direct access to the deck. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin mattress on top. Between these two bedrooms is a shared, updated bathroom. The living area has plenty of seating and has a 42” cable TV. The kitchen has seating for 4 and includes microwave, refrigerator with water and ice, range oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked for all your needs to create home cooked meals. There is High Speed Internet and 2 beach chairs with Table Tennis in the covered below area. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating for meals, snacks or gaming. From the shaded, screened porch, you can enjoy a secluded view of the 2nd fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. There is a seating area as well as a dinette set on the screened porch for your enjoyment and a gas grill for outdoor cooking and grilling. Amenity cards are available for purchase for daily ($40) or weekly ($225) in season use to give you access to the Seabrook Island Club facilities to include the outdoor pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island Club restaurant/bar, fitness center, golf and tennis. The Lake House facility has a large, well-equipped fitness center and indoor swimming pool. There are additional fees for golf, tennis and fitness center use. Amenity rates are lowered for the Off Season of Nov 1 - Mar 1. The owner requires adherence to the neighborhood rules and no loud parties as to create a nuisance for neighbors. Also there is no smoking permitted in or around this house and no pets allowed. The LSV golf cart is reserved for owner use only. Two gate passes are provided with rentals of one week or more. One gate pass provided for less than one week. There will be an additional fee of $40 for additional gate pass. The Property Manager lives nearby and is happy to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We stayed at this cottage for 9 days and were very happy! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We biked, boogy boarded, had ping pong tournaments, swam at the different pools on the island and just generally had some wonderful family time. We will definitely return!

Perfect place for a long weekend away. The location was great and an easy bike ride to the club/beach. Was disappointed they no longer have bikes available to use and that you have to pay extra to use the pool and eat at the (one) on-island restaurant. But overall really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy and view was beautiful - Spanish moss covered trees and golf course view, barely another house in site. Thank you for sharing your home!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very clean, nice place. The house is close to the beach-quick bike ride or a drive. Nice beaches, never crowded. We rented bikes from seaside cycles and we also did the horseback riding-that was the highlight of our trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Palmetto Moon. The home had lots of amenities- beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, outdoor shower, ping pong, kitchen basics, etc. Loved sitting on the back porch with a book at the end of the day! This was our second time renting a home in Summerwind and this unit was by far superior! Many thanks for having us!! Hope to return!

Walking/biking distance to beach and pool, kitchen was well equipped, made lots of use of the ping pong table on rainy or too hot days. Only had 3 bikes vs 5 as advertised but wasn’t an issue for us. Enjoyed the back porch also.

Our dreams of an unusually warm February weekend were not achieved but we had a WONDERFUL trip anyways! This property was VERY clean; no problems or concerns. The ping-pong table is downstairs (covered) and was perfect for my boys despite the monsoon outside. They also enjoyed the bunk beds! Adults were pleased with amenities and we will definitely be back!

The property was top notch, very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is nice and big with plenty of room for the family (5 of us) to hang out in while we cooked, it’s fully stocked with cooking equipment to the point where there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there (we cooked at the house every day we were there). The screened in porch was perfect, we spent a lot of time out there including eating our meals. The bathrooms were nicely done and everything was very clean. The master bed was super comfortable - better than what I have at home, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that anywhere else that I’ve stayed. Margaret was excellent to work with - responsive, thorough and very helpful. In my view this is the perfect place to stay in Seabrook and we will be back another time.
