Here you will find two large rooms. The front guest bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, and access to the Jack 'n Jill bathroom. This bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The rear guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed, making this room comfortable for 3 people. In this room you have a wall mounted Smart TV plus antenna and sliding doors leading to the second floor deck. A great spot to read a book or catch a few moments of solitude! Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are not available with this villa. Lake House Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Lake House are included in the rent which allows access to The Lake House outdoor pool year-round at no charge (not heated). Added fees apply to use the indoor pool/fitness center. Guests also have access to the Equestrian Center. There is a security camera in front and back of the house. None inside. Cancellation Policy: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guests under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
