The kitchen bar top seats four and also doubles as a baking center, buffet, or work space. The coffee bar boasts a variety of coffees in case you forgot your own! A single cup and full coffee pot is provided as well as a hot water electric tea kettle. The upstairs bedrooms are located off the kitchen and are very spacious, including a closet, dresser, and back out blinds in each. Comfortable linens are provided. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and plenty of space for a pack ‘n’ play if needed. The spacious upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and lots of storage space. Towels and basic toiletries are provided. The dining area connects the kitchen to the living room. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, along with the additional seating at the bar top. The living room has a television with a Roku and cable, and the home is supplied with unlimited wifi! Air conditioning is throughout the home for those hot Wyoming days. Additional AC units are provided in the upstairs bedrooms. The enclosed porch is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a good book, as it can be closed off from the rest of the home. It also overlooks the downtown area, if you’re lucky, you might catch a local parade or fireworks! The basement has a third bedroom with a queen and full bed. Laundry is located on the basement level along with a second half bathroom and lots of storage space. Plenty of baby and children’s toys and books are supplied. Lots of local magazines and pamphlets are provided of the local attractions. Pets are welcome at an additional fee per pet. There is a fenced yard. The home is located off a main street with street parking, however, there is plenty of parking behind the house and will even fit a small trailer or camper. Picnic table seating is located in the backyard with a grill. We welcome hunters and the garage is available if needed.
