Breakfast was excellent, with eggs/sausage/ pancakes/ waffles. Yogurt and muffins. Bed and pillows were excellent. Nice location close to restaurants, gas stations. Nice water pressure. Quiet.
A declining building showing it's age (60+ years?) sloping floor of room. Tiny toilet, round and small as a coffee can, 14 inch height.
GFI near sink unreliable, needs to be replaced.

The room has a smell of old hotels but not an annoying one, and no allergies for me which is a pretty significant bar. Windows can be open for ventilation without AC. The AC itself is reasonable - can cool or heat quickly, not very noisy, switches off for a long time. The room is very spacious and has a decent working desk. The breakfast has all the staples of good motels: sausage, eggs, waffles, toasts, butter/cheese/jam, cereals, coffee, etc
Many appliances, internal decor is obviously dilapidated with peeling paint, small defects. It might be hard to find parking space in front of your room later at night.

Good location, staff was great.
Breakfast was poor. Building is very aged and worn. I could see light through my room door. It just needs a make over.
