lovely smaller building. common areas were always clean, this includes the pool and hot tub, walkways, elevator etc!
views are incredible from this unit, perfect for watching the sunset or the waves
Unit had all amenities needed for a great stay. I do wish there was more beach gear, but we did use two of the chairs and purchased another one that we left at the condo for future guests.
Itrip was great handling a minor concern.
Location is lovely close to John’s pass and Publix, Walmart, and many restaurants.

We loved the location of this unit!! Walked to Sweet Brewnettes for coffee each morning and to John’s pass for ice cream most nights. The unit was just what we needed. Very nice furnishings and beautiful view. We loved being in a smaller complex. The beach always had plenty of space... even in the midst of spring break craziness. The only slight negative was the dishwasher didn’t seem to clean the dishes very well. But hand washing dishes was a small price to pay for the beautiful view and perfect location. We would recommend this unit to anyone!
