About this apartment rental
Located on the water in the Manatee Pocket at the Fish House District and Marina. The art work in the apartment is by Earl Linderman aka Doctor Thrill. Enjoy our Sunrises by the waterfront on the outside deck. We are in the Port Salerno Waterfront District, Ariel Yoga, Ice Cream shop and The Pearl Cocktail Lounge with live music. Please note that the bar is Adjacent to the Loft apt live music will be playing. Walking distant to at least 8 Restaurants. No need to travel far for Food and Entertainment.

Great spot. Clean and has all you need for a short trip or an extended stay. Bed is comfy and air is cold. Will stay again, the adjoining marina was very accommodating for our boat

We just loved staying at this VRBO. Enjoyed morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the marina. Location was close to many golf courses. In the evenings we were able to walk to nearby restaurants. Jim was very helpful getting us settled in and looking after parking. The loft was perfect for us and there were no issues with noise at all. We would stay there again.

Interior as advertised. There is a bar right beside the front door that attracts a late loud crowd. Also nearby train tracks with frequent trains blaring horn during the night.
