Shops and restaurants are very close by, the house has plenty of beds so I was able to accommodate family and friends easily when they came to visit. Maryann was always available and responsive when I contacted her. Second year I have stayed there and am planning to do so next year.

The property was fine with some small issues. Not all electrical sockets worked, but most did. A minor issue was promptly resolved by the landlord. Very close access to Publix and some good restaurants. Also very close to a circle K. I would definitely stay there again.
