About this cottage rental
Upper level cottage across the street from the beach. Recently remodeled and updated. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Huge wrap nearly around deck with multiple seating areas with views of both sunrise and sunsets. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Large covered outdoor bar and cooking area! Adorable kitchen and living room! Each bedroom with a queen bed! Jack & Jill bathroom! Outdoor shower too with hot and cold water to wash away all the beach sand just below the deck. Just a block away from Shipwreck Restaurant & Bar. Come make incredible memories here!

This was the cutest cottage for a girls trip! Easy access to the beach which was right across the street. Easy to walk to and plant of beach gear. Loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the ice maker didn’t make much ice but we just bought a bag. We would definitely love to come and stay again and possible rent the whole house. There is an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. Thanks for such a nice stay!

Cute little house just steps from St. Joe Beach. Very quiet and peaceful beach. The house was fully equipped, clean and the host was very responsive. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and carts to take everything down to the beach. Would love to stay again.

We didn't know we had downstairs neighbors until after they announced themselves early in the am. Neighbors are fine but these were a bit possessive. Long term renters that ruled the roost so to speak. I thought the location was just perfect and the place was grand and could have been fantastic. Yet, the neighbors and there broomsticks banging on the floor below were a bit much. My compliments to my host for she most likely has to deal with the other tenant much longer than I. Great spot,awesome digs but just a little too much neighbors invading our privacy.On a positive note we saw the best of the best on the most secluded beach in Florida. Hands down I'd do it again. I'd just ask if that old lady was residing first.... I say old and im 53 ..haa
