Please note some areas of the community are still under construction. You may have some construction traffic and noise.
◇ Self check-in with keypad | Check-out: 10:00 AM Eastern
◇ Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. A $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog applies. All dogs must be 12+ months old, crate-trained, housebroken, and well-mannered. Pets must remain leashed whenever outdoors.
◇ The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
◇ Maximum occupancy must match the number of guests listed on your reservation. No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted on the property at any time.
◇ Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community.
◇ A rental agreement will be provided after booking and must be reviewed and signed to finalize your reservation.
◇ Boat and trailer parking are not permitted.
◇ Onsite fish cleaning is NOT allowed.
◇ Please do not use glitter, and only flush toilet paper down the toilets.
◇ Exterior audio/video cameras are located at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
◇ Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
◇ Damage or excessive cleaning resulting from violations of the house rules may result in additional charges
◇ Starter toiletries are provided for your convenience. We recommend bringing any additional toiletries you may need for the duration of your stay.
