Smoking anything on the property will result in a $350 fine. Pets are allowed with a max of 2 pets per reservation (reach out if you have more than 2 for options). To stay in the condo $250 pet fee will be assessed with your reservation. Please note that the community requires dogs to be permitted. The fee for permitting your pet is covered by your pet fee but you must register you pet with the front office at time of arrival. I will coordinate with the front desk to ensure the resort fee is paid in advance. Parking: The community requires a parking permit for each car on property. Each permit is $25 per vehicle. This additional fee should be paid at time of arrival at front office. Trailers: Max of 24 feet long. $100 parking fee payable to the community to allow you to park your trailer in the gated parking lot. This additional fee should be paid at check in. Check-in Time: 4pm Check-out Time: 10am Starter pack with the listed essentials will be provided. Additional supplies can be purchased on your own as needed. The neighborhood is all within walkable distance. Nearby there are several places to rent either golf carts or slingshots to get around in style. These are allowed on some roads in Panama City Beach but please check to ensure you comply with local laws before driving.
