Located in Sunset Beach, this charming condo for $99 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to this one bedroom one bath lovely remodeled beach paradise! Just steps to the sand across gulf blvd via the cross walk. You can also walk in about 5 min to Caddy's on the beach and a beach park if you bring the kids! The unit is stocked with all you will need to enjoy the beach. Close to dining, shopping, and John's Pass. You also have access to the pool at Sunset Chateau directly across the street and on the beach! Showers and BBQ grills also available.

I just returned from a trip to Treasure Island and loved the location of this property. We did not rent a car and there was so much we could walk to or get an uber that was a short drive. The condo was clean a great for the two of us. Would stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was the perfect size and location for our quick, mid-week getaway. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. Then, great restaurants, shopping, and more are so close by.

I didn’t spend much time there, as most of my family was staying at a large house about a mile away. But I did get my quiet time at night. It was very quiet almost all the time. It was a great place to unwind from my crazy oversized family. If you want to get away to a quiet place, this would be a great choice.

Great little unit just across the street from the beach. Easy communication with host, she reached out to notify us in advance when sunset beach was closing for renovation post hurricane. We weren’t in the beach but had direct beach access and we’re within walking distance of some local places to eat/drink. Would definitely book here again!

The place was closely located to everything. You could see the beach from the front door. The unit was stocked with plenty of towels and beach gear. We will definitely book again!

We have stayed at Harbour House many times over the past ten years but this was our first time in this unit with this host. Unit was very nice, clean and owner was fantastic with communications. Easy check-in and check out. Can't wait to stay again next year.

Perfect location for a beach getaway. Right across the street from the beach located in a quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs came in handy, Thank you. The kitchen is equipped with a single cup Keurig, so bring your k- cups.

The condo has everything you need for a beach stay. We even added to the large collection of items another umbrella and two pool noodles for more fun on the beach. Some things to note are the TVs are hard to work but we rarely used them except at the very end of the night. Additionally, the kitchen is a little sparse in terms of cooking items like pots and pans, but we ate out most dinners and only prepared lunch and breakfast in the condo. A great aspect is the property manager is really easy to get in touch with and she responds super quickly. We look forward to staying in the future!

This property was just across the street from a great spot on the beach. They included an umbrella, beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler, and even some sand toys in the closet for our use which was amazing.
As for the property itself, it felt rather dirty upon initial checkin and just needs some general upkeep. The couch and chair could likely use a good cleaning or even a slipcover since they just looked a bit dirty. Also, we struggled to get the TVs to work without a lot of finesse.
Unsurprisingly, it felt like there was sand everywhere - which after a day, I realized must be nearly impossible to avoid. However, the laundry basket of dirty towels in the bathroom made it feel like the place had not been cleaned between guests. We were left with 2 rags, 2 towels and 2 beach towels which was just enough for our stay.
Overall, the property worked for our needs since it was just a short getaway. I'm glad we weren't trying to cook for ourselves in the small kitchen, but it was nice to have a fridge for storing leftovers and beverages.

We will stay here again. Beautiful condo everything provide for the beach. Loved having the chairs and wagon for the beach. Literally a quick walk to the beach and local bars/restaurant. I can’t say enough about this property. You will not be disappointed!!! Just pack your suitcase and enjoy.

Place was great with amenities for the beach which was right across the street from the unit. Communication was great with the property manager. We had an issue with the dishwasher and fridge but they looked into the problem as soon as we notified them of it. Unit was clean and well stocked and location was great. Short walk to a few restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the main drag to go for entertainment and shopping and dining. Will stay again if available.

The condo was just as pictured. Lovely kitchen. Bar stools were not comfortable for us and we would have appreciated regular chairs for the beach instead of the very low sand ones. Too hard for old people to get down and up from them.

Great place right across from the beach. Lovely area. Very clean and perfect for a couple. Unit was very well stocked with everything you might need. Very nice kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. Bedroom closet packed with assorted items plus many beach items although we did not need. We had a small issue with WiFi upon arrival and it was resolved quickly by the property manager. Parking was always available. We were very happy here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Property was suitable for two people and well equipped. Not much space to store clothing or suitcases as closet was filled with beach equipment and in a state of disarray, and very limited space in the dresser. My feet were black from walking barefoot on the tile floor. Our final night, woke to find a corner of the bedroom floor and my suitcase and clothing covered with a thick dust. It appeared to have come out of the vents or perhaps the fan. Guests should also be aware of additional non-refundable fee of $59.00 that is charged for insurance when renting this property

The property is just as described. It’s in a very nice location with a beautiful beach across the street. I enjoyed sitting outside in the evening taking in the nice night air. Only problem I’m having is I overpaid and I’m having trouble commenting with the owner to get a refund.

Perfect condo for a couple to stay in. Great location close to the beach and restaurants/bars. The host was very accommodating during check in/ check out/ and when we needed to change a day during our scheduled stay. Would book here again.

This was a place that was recommended to us and was not disappointed. Was clean, close to entertainment and food. The only thing is it would have been nice to have regular lawn chairs. Otherwise awesome place to stay and plan on coming back next year!!!

We loved staying here. The host was super accommodating with anything we needed. She resolved something so quickly which was super nice during our stay. The property was great, steps away from the beach, had all the necessities for the beach including a wagon to pull your stuff in which was so helpful. Definitely a great place to stay.
