This unit was wonderful. The owners were great with communication and very helpful. The villas are SO quiet. It was super relaxing. The unit itself is clean, the bed SUPER comfortable, the kitchen is supplied with everything you could need if you choose to cook your meals at home. It is very nicely furnished.
Plenty of parking at the time of our trip (December). Close to the beach, of course golf, Merrimans, and terrific walking paths abound. There is a local market a short walk away that has a great deli that serves a mean poke and has DOLE WHIPS!!! We cannot wait to return!

The Bodisco’s villa is beautiful and a perfectly quiet area to stay! The sunsets are so pretty on the back balcony and the beach is so close to the property!

We were pleasantly surprised by this lovely end unit located on the top level. We had a beautiful ocean view out one side of the unit and the cook pine lined Bay Course view out the other side! Just spectacular! Super quiet and conveniently located near pool. We hope to return one day soon.

First time in Hawaii and it definitely left an impression. This location is a must get! You are in walking distance from the beaches, restaurants, and golf course. I enjoyed the white sand beaches by day and the breathtaking sunsets by night. The villa was a hassle-free stay and everything was in top shape. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and provided a prompt response to any questions or doubts. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous place! I'm sure I'll go again soon.

Fabulous Ocean View Villa
My wife and I spend a lot of time in Maui as we own a condo that we rent out when we are not visiting the Island. So when we decided to go to Maui at the last minute despite that our condo was booked by our own paying guest, we were lucky to find this one in Kapalua available. That turned out to be a great decision as this Golf Villa has incredible wide ocean sunset views and whale watching that made us feel that this trip was way too short. Our nine day stay was great, and made more comfortable by the extremely well equipped and clean villa. Every detail has been thought out, everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is better equipped and organized than most full time homes, and any other condo I have seen. The owner, Richard, was easy and friendly to deal with. We love Kapalua because of the quiet and beautiful environment, the close proximity of Kapalua Bay (free shuttle to/from the beach via phone call), and the abundance of nature and walking paths. Although we currently own at and love Kaanapali, we are now looking to buy something in the Kapalua resort! This condo is highly recommended.

A Slice of Paradise!
My husband and I found this place quite last minute, but we are sure happy that we did!! The views are incredible, the owners are easy to deal with, and the golf villa is extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved watching the whales frolick from the private balcony and the sunsets were unreal. I would absolutely stay here again. It is a great place for a very reasonable price. Thanks again to the lovely owners!!

Excellent property, flexible and easy to deal with owners!
Beautiful and well appointed private unit with views of the bay and the golf course. Every possible amenity was provided, including beach chairs and a boogie board. My wife and I are gourmet cooks and we found the kitchen to be just as inviting as our own.
Large open rooms with beautiful views, close enough to walk down the hill for a meal, but private to accommodate our personal tastes. The owners were engaging, available and genuine. Everyone should be this easy to deal with.
You will not be disappointed here!

Outstanding stay
Just got back from an eight day stay. What a great villa! Superb location with wonderful views, proximity to beach, golf, Honolua store. Well appointed with two tv's, books, CD's, beach chairs, more kitchen equipment than I knew what to do with. Enjoyed eating our breakfasts on the lanai. Richard talked me through connecting to the wi-fi as I am technologically challenged. Would definitely stay here again and heartily recommend it. Marty.

The Best
We found this villa by chance and now I call it my second home. It is perfect in every way. Communication with owner is excellent. Housekeeper, very accommodating. Location in Maui is wonderful. The villa is appointed beautifully and is comfortable yet sophisticated. We have traveled a lot and this address is a wonderful get away for us. We are returning to the villa this summer and again in the winter for a month each time and I am picky to a fault!
For the adult traveler this villa is more than a five star.

amazing vacation
My wife and I travel a lot and this has got to be one of the most relaxing, comfortable places that we have ever stayed. The condo’s location, amenities and view are amazing. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked the day we arrived. We used the BBQ at the pool, walked to kapalua beach to snorkel and paddle board. We played golf at the bay and plantation courses.
I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to actually relax on vacation but still be close enough to any outdoor activity you might want to enjoy. Richard and Zdenka were great to work with and answered any email or phone call promptly.
We will be staying here again on our next trip to Maui. Thanks again for a great vacation.

Fantastic golf villa
We have been coming to Maui for almost 30 years now, with most visits in the Kapalua area. Our recent 10 day stay at Richard & Zdenka Bodisco's beautiful golf villa was nothing short of fantastic. This end unit, on the top floor was exactly what we were hoping for & the privacy, quiet & spectacular views of the fairways, ocean & islands was truly special. The unit is located within walking distance to everything & the pool, just steps away. The villa was extremely well equipped & dealing with the Bodisco's could not have been easier & more accommodating. We will definitely return to this great unit. Thanks again Richard & Zdenka!!

Wonderful owners!
Our stay at Kapalua was a delight. We have stayed in the Golf Villas many times, but this is our first visit to this unit. It is extremely clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We enjoy the quiet location of Kapalua and found the proximity to the newly remodeled general store perfect for morning walks and coffee runs. We also loved walking along the Kapalua Coastal Trail.
Richard and Zdenka were readily available to us before, during, and after our trip for questions. We met the woman who cleans the condo and she, too, was warm and kind. We look forward to our next Kapalua visit to this condo! We wish we were there now!

A Little Bit Of Paradise
We have been to Maui many times but having the use of this condo has set a new benchmark for excellence. With only one exception, you could not want for anything in this condo. The kitchen has all top-end appointments, from the major appliances to the cutlery. The exception is in the living room where the sofa is not the most comfortable piece of furniture. Other than that, location, appointments, surroundings and so-forth are all beyond first-class. The free shuttle service was very much appreciated. The nearby Sea House restaurant was delightful and not excessively expensive. On the other hand, give the Honolua Store a pass unless you have bags of money. Richard and Zdenka have done a wonderful job on this condo. You certainly could not ask for better landlords. We would return in a heartbeat were it not for the crazy exchange rate of the Canadian Dollar with the USD.

Best location = Five Star!
We have been staying at the Kapalua Golf Villas for about 10 years, so we have stayed in many different units. Rich & Zdenka's unit is the best! It is an upper unit on the end - so it is a double win - no one next to you and no one above you! The upper units have the best views too and this unit does not disappoint either. Nicely decorated & spotlessly clean - no doubt we will be back again next year. Rich and Zdenka are great to deal with - very pleasant.

Beautiful Condo
We were so pleased with this well appointed, beautiful and immaculate condo! Richard and Zdenka were so helpful and lovely as well.
We appreciated the views from every window....and especially the lanai. Just a few steps from the pool and BBQ made it very easy for us as well. We loved being so close to Kapalua Beach.
What a wonderful treat to enjoy Kapalua in such a comfortable place!

Maui and Kapalua villa
Our fifth time back to Kapalua since we were married there 25 years ago, may have been our best. What a beautiful villa, and how conveniently located to pool and BarBQ area(about 40 yards). We often walked to the Honalua Store for breakfast and other items; it has a large supply of ready-made and made to order food, wine and other items. In close proximity is the beautiful Ritz-Carlton..a nice place to stroll to. The hiking trails along the ocean provided for great scenery as well as a workout. Several times, we had pupus(appetizers) at the Pineapple Grill, one of our favorite romantic spots.
The villa was confortable, clean and well furnished, and the owners are friendly and helpful. We may have set a record for length of stay, at 60 days!!, and wish it were longer. Don't miss the Happy Hours at Merriman's or in Lahaina at Ruth's Chris--a nearby favorite was the Kahana Grill, also with a good happy hour as well as quality dining. Mahalo to the owners for providing a great place to stay!

We loved your Villa. It had everything we needed and more for our 47th Anniversary trip July 24th to Aug 9, 2012.. The views were incredible. You made everything so easy for us .We loved our stay there. The Villa and surrounding areas were so well kept and beautiful. We have been going to Maui for the past 20 years and this is our 3rd stay at Kapalua Golf Villas. We love the beauty and peace of the Kapalua area. We love the Kapalua Trail, Cool Cat Cafe Burgers, and Lappert's Kauai Pie Ice Cream. Finally did the 4 mile hike to the 400 ft Waimoku waterfall at Oheo Gulch. INCREDIBLE!!!! and we swam with a pod of spinner dolphins in Honolua Bay.

Had a great time at Rich and Zdenka's golf villa in Kapalua. The owners were very easy to work with, and the villa is extremely clean, updated and comfortable. The views from the lanais were excellent and the proximity to the pool is excellent. We walked the coastal trail each day as well as many other hikes we found on and around the property. You can walk as much or as little as you want to. The complementary shuttle will take you anywhere on property if you would rather relax than exercise.

My husband and I have spent 10 lovely days here at Kapalua. This is our 14th year of coming here. This villa is very nice and an end unit that gives way to a beautiful view of the fairway. The expansive ocean view and the closeness of the pool really makes it a great spot among others listed. The remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms make it a gold model. I enjoyed the big tub and my husband really liked the big patio. Also the moon rises right off the patio, which makes for a great romantic night! Most important of all it is high above the other golf villas, so you are not looking at roof tops from your patio. The owners are very nice and accommodating and have thought of everything! We will come back next year!

We have vacation in Maui and stayed at Rich and Zadenka's Kapalua condo for several winters. Maui is paradise, and staying in Kapalua has allowed us to call this island our home away from home in the winter.
The condo overlooks the ocean and the beautiful cook pines, as well as the Kapalua golf course. You are within walking distance to hiking trails, pristine ocean beaches, the amenities of the Ritz Carleton and within short driving distance of everything on the island.
The condo is wonderfully appointed with beautiful tiled baths, a full kitchen that is perfect for cooking local fish. The lanai is very large and offers room to capture sun, read, dine and watch sunsets.
Rich and Zadenka are generous hosts and we are fortunate enough to call them friends after renting from them for several years.
We consider ourselves blessed to have access to this property.
