Property was very nice and clean. My wife and I were both very impressed with the time spent to make the home very comfortable for us both. The only thing I would recommend is to flip the mattress since it had some sag from use, although it wasn't really uncomfortable. Overall, this was probably the best place that we have stayed using VRBO and recommend it for other travelers

Easy check in. Very clean and comfortable. As noted, surprisingly quiet for being on a busy street. Parking is good but getting in and out of the driveway is a little challenging. Overall an excellent experience.

An oasis in a busy part of San Jose

This was a nice little, but spacious, apartment on the owner's property and attached to the main house. There were a lot of nice touches inside, including bottled water and oatmeal, condiments available, and lots of tea and coffee. The apartment was very spacious. One of the main negatives was the driveway which was very awkward to pull in and out of from such a busy street, and the designated parking place which was off on the side at an awkward angle. The other negative for us was that we found the beds quite hard and not very comfortable. All in all, however, we had quite a pleasant stay and would return again.

Staying at Andrew’s place was great. The unit is really thoughtfully appointed, with personality that is welcoming and classy. Everything I needed was there for a five night stay, and Andrew is super responsive while being very respectful of privacy. The unit is filled with light but very quiet, as it is on the back side of the property and shielded from the road by the owner’s garage. The entrance is private w/ a little sitting area nestled in fruit trees. I’d stay there again for sure. It was a delight.

We were in San Jose to visit family. This property was situated perfectly for our needs. Close to family, grocery shopping and restaurants. The space is super comfortable and immaculate. The host provides many thoughtful amenities for their guests. We look forward to returning here the next time we are in San Jose.

We were very pleased with our host’s kindness and responsiveness to any request. This is definitely a home we would enjoy staying at in the future. While it is located on a busy street the home is set back and we heard no noise at all. Also they were kind enough to allow our young grandchildren occasional sleep overs.

I needed a place for my daughter and I to stay while she had treatment at the Scoliosis Care Center in Campbell, Ca. This place was wonderful! Although it is on a busy street, the guest house is in the backyard and you really cannot hear a thing! Easy keypad entry. We went for evening walks and walked to local food places nearby. My daughter enjoyed the smart TV so she could watch her favorite Netflix shows! The house was super clean and beds are firm, but comfortable. One bed is definitely a Tempur Pedic if you are looking for that:)It is only a 5-7 minute drive from the clinic. The owner is so gracious and kind. He made sure our stay was perfect and was happy to get us anything we needed. It is in a great part of San Jose near Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Near to downtown Campbell where there are great eateries and shops also. You can't go wrong renting this place! My daughter and I will be glad to stay here again!

This apartment is on a major road, but is very quiet! It is in a convenient location near main strip of Willow Glen. Andrew was honest, nice and easy to work with. The apartment hasa large tv, 2 bedrooms, and was thought out well to consider what guests would need from first aid kits to scissors, water chocolate, tea, coffee and other goodies! I would recommend and would stay there in the future!
