We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very comfortable for our family of 10 with three couples and four children. Unfortunately, the weather was very cold, so we were unable to use some of the amenities. One family did go out and use the hot tub and enjoyed it very much. The house was large enough for us to all spread out and yet have space for us to be together and talk.

We had a wonderful time at this Lake Front home. It even snowed about eight inches while we were there. Be sure to have 4-wheel drive in the winter months in this area!

The views from this property are amazing! The house is clean and very spacious. We had 8 people in our group and we all had plenty of room. The property manager is extremely responsive- we had a few issues with things in the house and he responded immediately. He even drove to the property on the night before Thanksgiving to help with the hot tub.

The house and property were well suited for our needs. The view is amazing and we utilized all of the listed amenities. The house is very spacious...my favorite room is the kitchen/great room with huge windows overlooking the lake.
However, the multi tiered back yard was pretty spectacular too. The owner was super responsive and attentive. I'll put this vrbo on the list as one of our favorites.

A lovely home with tremendous views of the lake. Lots to do with outdoor equipment, pool table and foosball. The fire pit at night drew us outside for spending time reminiscing about campfires from days gone by.
The owner promptly took care of our questions and concerns. The guests before us did not adhere to the departure time which resulted in some of the expected cleaning to leave us a little disillusioned. Maintenance was called and helped allay our concerns.

Enjoyed our stay overall but also had some issues.
House is a bit quirky overall, was clean to the point we felt comfortable but the entire place was in desperate need of a “deep” clean.
There was water coming in lower level that made carpet wet. Blower was left on to dry carpet. Smelled damp and musty when we first arrived. Would have been nice to have been told upfront about this issue but we dealt with it.
No instructions of any kind for anything. Some things were self explanatory but others were not. Never used sauna - did not know how to work it.10+ tv remotes left laying around so took awhile to figure out which one to use for main tv - wanted to watch the Pittsburgh Steeler game! No check out instructions anywhere so left everything as is, ie: sheets on bed, used towels in bathroom. Only instructions left were for garbage and had MAJOR issue with that - you need to drop it off at the administration bldg with guest pass. When we handed attendant the pass, he said it expired and we needed to go inside to see the receptionist. Once inside we learned dues were not paid so they would not take garbage - we left garbage at the house as we had no other choice.
Overall still undecided whether it was worth the money…
As said in previous reviews - place is nice but could be so much better with a little TLC.

Guys weekend. The house accommodated everyone comfortably. We loved the outside area. We had lots of fun inside as well shooting pool and watching the games.

The things which were shown on online photos we didn’t get anything that good at all. Need to work on it, this it seems overpriced. Rest the neighborhood and the view was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was so nice, I saw reviews about it being unclean but we didn't find this to be the case at all. Plenty of towels. We brought toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, hand soap, etc but the house actually had all of this (not sure if it was left from previous tenants because I know these things aren't usually provided). There were some ceiling lights and lamps in bedrooms that didn't work. Although during our stay several floor and table lamps, along with new non stick frying pans, were dropped off.
The outside was AMAZING. Exactly as pictured on the listing. There were 2 kayaks and a canoe that were provided and we used. The fire pit, although probably in need of repair, worked great for s'mores! Plenty of seating outside as well.
Only negatives we had were the beds are AWFUL. Awful to the point that on day 2 I went to Walmart and bought a $100 foam mattress topper because I couldn't deal! And the washing machine didn't drain right, no matter what cycle you use the stuff would come out sopping wet. There are no foosballs on the foosball table, it was ping pong balls, that was a bummer.
But all in all we had such a fantastic week! We would absolutely (and probably will!) stay here again.

The outside areas of this house are amazing -- the deck was great for eating (though we brought our own umbrella and you have to go up and down a lot of stairs to bring things outside and food down). The firepit is cozy (though the pit itself it falling down due to poor workmanship). The dock is great (we brought our own camping chairs to use down there and moved our umbrella down for the day so that we could hang out there while kids jumped in and out of the water.) We brought our own paddle boards and inflatable kayak which was good because the kayak, canoe and boat there were all filled with water. We were able to dump one of the kayaks and use it. We also dumped the big fishing boat and put it up on the grass (needs a motor anyway). Inside, things are old and worn and falling apart. Bathmats old, musty and falling apart (replaced one with one I bought at Walmart), poor lighting in the rooms (I actually bought a cheap lamp for one of the basement bedrooms), towel racks that fall down, terrible frying pans. No foosballs for the foosball table. Pool table is slanted and has an incomplete set of balls. No laundry soap -- so bring your own, but then we couldn't figure out how to get the washing machine to work. Some of the bed mattresses are very hard. My sister bought a mattress topper to use there. (Walmart is right near by). It is a beautiful property, but needs lots of supplementing and TLC. We stayed here last year and chose to stay here again because we love the outside.

The best part of this property is the outdoor areas that we enjoyed. There were several areas to enjoy and usually enough seating, although I did bring a couple of camp chairs. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by all. (note, the lights didnt work.) The dock and the kayaks were used daily, although we did bring our own inflatable SUP and kayaks as well.The dock desperately needs a ladder as you need to walk through some muck and toe stubbing rocks to get in to shore. There were plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, plates, etc. The Kuerig coffee pot was great, makes both a pot or the k-cups. The toaster oven was not so great, and the microwave oven is dismal. There were some good fry pans and pots, but some that need to be discarded. There are some quirky bedrooms and all the beds are horrible to sleep on. Bring or plan to buy extra toilet paper, hand and dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergents as there was almost none of these supplied(what do you want for $700/night?). The newish Weber grill was great once we got a new propane tank. The one supplied was almost 30 years old and leaked horribly when turned on. The host had a working one delivered by noon the next day. However, the grill was disgustingly filthy from previous renters and took some time to clean. Guess this isn't part of the cleaning process(among many other seemingly routine cleaning chores). All in all, we enoyed our family time, despite the negatives. I just expected better at $700+/night. Close, but no cigar

This house is just as it looks in the listing. Big, well-loved, terrific outdoor space. As others have mentioned, the bathroom situation is awkward, with the only one on the ground level located inside another bedroom. One bedroom has a see-through door covered by a curtain... that's see-through. Another bedroom facing the street has shutters that don't fully close. Some TLC would do wonders for the house. But our extended family had a wonderful trip (other than the weather)- kayaking, sitting in the sun on the miniature beach, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, playing games around the large table.

By far one of the most beautiful properties we've ever stayed in.
Dmitri is a very generous owner. Even the Hot tub was filled with new water. Boats and kyacks, pool table, fooze table, even fishing rods, and not one but 3 BBQ grills. Clean linen and towels. Thx Dmitri. Bobby

When I first came across this house I was impressed with the listing and the pictures. We have a group of friends that travel every year to different places for a yearly golf trip. When we arrived at this house the only thing I was impressed with was the back yard and the view of the lake. This house was filthy. There was cobwebs in most of the corners and spiders throughout the house. There were holes in almost every wall behind a door. The one bathroom had a huge hole in the door along with a broken toilet seat. The pool table on the first level is broken, the Foosball table is broken and they have ping pong balls in place of foosballs( makes foosball a whole different kind of game,lol). The ceiling by the pool table had holes in the ceiling from the cue sticks. I called VRBO and they stated there was nothing they could do so they connected me with the owner and the only thing he would do is text. I told him of the issues and his response was "If you check out first thing in the morning I will refund all of your money". We were not looking to leave, we just wanted him to be aware of the condition of his property. He stated" I will have someone there tomorrow to fix the toilet seat". The toilet seat was still laying on the ground the day we checked out. This place has so much potential however I think the owner is not interested in maintaining this property and VRBO is not interested in making sure their tenants are taken care of.

Went with spouse and children and grandchildren to celebrate our daughter's 50th birthday. House has great potential and view from the decks is beautiful but the house was dirty and dishwasher was full of dishes that were not clean. There were also broken towel bars, wobbly pool table and lights without bulbs. We did enjoy the outside deck and lake area but were disappointed with the lack of care for the house and property.

We had a great weekend at this lake house. There was plenty of room for 3 families including young children.
Views from the huge picture windows and three-level decks were picture perfect, including sunsets across the lake. Also being able to "go for a paddle" in a kayak, etc., at any time was a great advantage. We didn't use the gas or charcoal grill but did enjoy the firepit and hot tub.
The host was very responsive in answering any questions; we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

We had a great time and the views were beautiful. The house is large and nice as well. We did have the refrigerator break the day of our stay and had to move all of our cars to let someone replace it. The landscaping also came to mow the lawn while we were there instead of a day where no one was renting. Beds were uncomfortable and hot tub seems like the filter is not working. There was a lot of junk in drawers and it def needs updating. However, we had a great time. Def needs to be updated if it is going to continue to be that expensive

We had a wonderful weekend at this property! Plenty of beds and activities for our group of 10. The lake was beautiful and we had a lot of fun taking the canoe and kayaks out and then relaxing in the hot tub. The host would also quickly respond to any question we had during out stay and even let us check in early and check out late! Thank you for everything!

-it’s filthy. It needs a real deal deep clean. Bugs, spiderwebs, dust bunnies in every corner and in every window. Cigarette butts and garbage all over the backyard.
-not a single trash bag or paper towel in the house. Two dishwashing pods. There’s also not a bar of soap, shampoo, etc- so make sure you bring everything you’ll need
-there is a missing knob on the stove- for the biggest burner. (Really not great when you’re there to celebrate Thanksgiving with your family)
-several holes in doors and the walls- like someone put their fist through them
-one of the beds is missing legs and is held up by cinder blocks. It’s totally unacceptable. Another bed has many broken slats.
-several lights are out. And in the bathrooms the lights hum loudly when they are on. Knobs missing on bathroom, kitchen and dining room cabinets
-no curtains in one of the lower level bedrooms- so we had to cover it with cushions for both privacy and to keep it dark
-the house is on well water but there’s no filtration system, so hot tub always looks green/grimy
-several of the bedroom fans don’t work. One bedroom has a tiny side light as the sole lighting for the room.
-Not shown in the photos on the website- almost every room has a/c units with big tubing, which make it impossible to close the shutters and since it’s currently winter it makes it so much colder
-there are no less than five different heat gauges in the house- which ones do anything? Which temperature posted is accurate? It’s anyone’s guess
-the grill doesn’t work
-water pressure is low so the sinks don’t drain and you’re in standing water while you shower
-there are no written instructions anywhere for heat, a/c, fireplace, etc. Would be very helpful to have those things.
-small comfort things that would make a big difference: if the bathrooms had trash cans, if the kitchen had cookie or baking sheets and a variety of pots and pans
The view and location is great- if the owner put any amount of money and effort into fixing the property they would have a real gem. However, as it stands it’s a hodge podge and needs some love.

Group of old friends met up here for long weekend to catch up over drinks, good food, and great conversations. Many laughs and great view. Kitchen was terrific (big island) for cooking and hanging. Would recommend to a friend.

Just got back from a week at the lake with our family. The view is amazing and the home comes with lots of amenities. We had an issue with a bed and WiFi and the owner came over right away and fixed our issue. As with any home there’s things that can use some updating and TLC. We enjoyed making memories with our family.
