About this condo rental
Nestled in Kelowna, this charming condo for $142 per night is a great option for your next trip. Luxury Waterfront Corner Condo with 2 decks and Spectacular Unobstructed 270 degree views of Lake, Mountains and Downtown Kelowna. In the summer both sunrise and sunsets are visible from this unit. The East facing deck gets the morning sun. The West facing deck and living room has afternoon/evening sun and magnificent hours long sunsets in summer months (see photos) over the 70 mile long Okanagan Lake. Natural light streams in from windows on three sides of the unit. This condo is located on the more desirable and private side of Sunset Waterfront Resort. Unlike the other side of the building, there is no highrise next to it blocking the views and intruding on your privacy. As well it is located on the quieter side of the building away from the noise of the pools and hot tubs on the other side. If you leave the bedroom blinds open you will open your eyes in the morning to stunning floor to ceiling lake and mountain views out the windows in the main bedroom. This 935 sq ft 1 Bedroom, 1 bath unit with den sleeps four with sofa beds in den and living room. If you want a truly memorable vacation this unit will exceed your expectations! The unit is only cleaned by professional cleaners -please read our reviews to see why people love to stay in this condo. Centrally located in downtown Kelowna this vacation rental condo is a short walk from three Sandy Beaches, Marina, City Parks, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Yacht Club, two Boat Launches and a short drive to numerous Golf Courses, Vineyards and other attractions. With a similar climate to Northern California, Kelowna is renowned for its sunny, hot and dry summers with warm lake temperatures and temperate winters. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Wayne's condo on the Kelowna waterfront. There is a lovely park right in front of the building, secure parking, and the location is very convenient close to downtown, attractions and shopping. Highly recommend it!

Wayne, the owner was very easy to deal with & contact when needed. Everything that one would want to live quite comfortable in the condo was provided. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake & getting up in the morning & looking at the lake from the large windows in the living room.

One word - AWESOME
Everything about Wayne's place was awesome.
The unit itself was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a great 1 week stay. The views were spectacular and the location can't be beat. Basically parked the car and walked everywhere. Lots of food and drink within minutes. Lakefront boardwalk and beach right outside the door. Would definitely stay again. Wayne was great to communicate with and was accommodating with a small request. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place.

We loved our stay in Kelowna. What a great town! It was too cold and windy to do much outside, but we had many activities that kept us busy. And this property is just beautiful! The owner is awesome, so helpful. I can’t wait to go back in warmer weather!

The negatives were much too many: livingroom T.V didn't work properly ( owners made every effort to correct this ), B.B.Q wouldn' light and a chattering fridge ( made noises for 10 seconds upon start of cooling cycle ). Perhaps the most unpleasant and annoying part of our stay was the daily noises coming from the units either above or beside us. It was as if the separation between was paper thin. This ranged from the scraping of chairs on tiled flooring to the sounds of footsteps as if pacing and noises from " underaged " renters.

The condo is exactly as promised - everything was clean, stocked with essentials and well-maintained, the owner was prompt to answer any questions, and the building itself was quiet and convenient to downtown Kelowna. I will stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Wayne’s property here previously and had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. When we knew we had to come back to Kelowna for work again we knew just where to book. Wonderful as usual. Wayne and the cleaning staff keep the condo clean and very well appointed. Of course with covid being a concern, we tend to sanitize regularly after having been out and there are ample cleaning supplies in the condo to keep things wiped down. It’s relaxing, clean, and beautiful. Our number one choice for further Kelowna trips for sure.
