Located in Folly Beach, this lovely condo for $235 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Condo is located on the top floor (end unit) with marsh views and is only 1 mile from the Folly Beach Pier, shopping and restaurants. There are bike lanes in both directions to Folly Beach from the condo. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals including a seafood market and seafood restaurant. Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Serta Sleepers. Living room has a sectional couch with ottoman, two TVs and a ceiling fan. The full kitchen has 4 stools and is well equipped with quality cookware. The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including linen, bath towels, household supplies, beach chairs, and a beverage cooler. Please note this complex does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door. Parking lot is unassigned, there is a strictly enforced 2 cars maximum per condo. Great condo for weekend getaway. Condo was.clean and had large balcony overlooking river and creek. Grocery store and Folly Beach downtown slighty over a mile away. Quite a few steps upstairs to condo, but owner makes you fully aware. Would come back a stay again.

My two friends and I stayed for our annual girls weekend. The place was amazing and just what we needed. Close to everything and clean as can be. Thanks for a great time!! Highly recommend!!

Condo was sufficient- road noise was noticeable. Found a dirty plate under the bed as we were cleaning our things out. Curtains in bedrooms should block more light since walkway light shines all night. Master bedroom needs bed stand & lamp. Master bathroom could use a storage unit like the other bath. These are little things but add to the comfort of guests.

Back bedroom bath/toilet plumbing is slow. Coffee pot or kettle. Small tv in bedrooms. The ability to levitate would be awesome.lol Really was a great stay. We appreciate the beach chairs and other stuff.

Was a great location and well priced which gave us great access to the beach as well as Charleston. Grabbed seafood for one night at Crosbys across the way and the other nights went out. Perfect for what we needed it for. Was a tad close to the main road but the view was perfect on the porch with a cool glass of wine. Owners were easy to work with and check in access was as easy as it gets. Very clean and ready to go. Would rent here or with these owners again.

We booked a trip to Folly Beach to escape the cloudy cold. We were very happy to find a very clean condo with 2 beds and baths minutes away from the beach. View of the marsh was a great backdrop for morning coffee.

Property and location were perfect for our getaway. Would have also been great if we had had one of our sons with us. Everything included that we needed, plus more. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again if we get the opportunity!

The condo looked much more spacious online. We slept there, but that’s all. The floors were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the linens were worn. There were no wash cloths. All of the NO SMOKING signs were off-putting since it was clearly a no smoking unit from the listing. It did have a nice view. Check -in was seamless. If the weather had been better, the porch would have been a nice spot to hang out.

The condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit was very nice. The only downside to the entire experience was the 3 flights of stairs (which we were aware of when we booked). We didn't take into consideration getting our luggage up and down the stairs, as well as how tired our legs would be at the end of a long day exploring Charleston. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants were very convenient. I would recommend this condo highly.

Condo was great. Location of condo was not for four seniors ages 73, 72, 69 & 67 that have health issues. Our mistake really for not checking out the ad for the condo with a fine tooth comb. Lesson learned.

The property matched the description online. The condo is a perfect size and the amenities were great. Very convenient that it included towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, a cooler, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We really didn’t need to pack a lot of bulky items for the trip. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The location was great with a view of the marsh. We were minutes from downtown folly and so close to kayaking. The drive to Charleston was not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! It is alot of stairs to climb (46 I think). It has comfortable bed and was clean. Great view of the sunset. Close to swimming, shopping and food

I planned a last-minute vacation with my parents at this condo close to Folly Beach. As soon as I confirmed the reservation, Jennifer sent an email with all of the details of checking in, where everything is in the condo and local places to eat and public beach access. The condo was extremely clean and the perfect size for 4 adults and small children. They have everything you need from beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler so all you need to bring are beach towels and sunscreen. One of the best parts of the condo is the balcony. Each morning I sat on the balcony with my cup of coffee enjoying the sunrise over the Intercoastal Waterway. In the evening, we enjoyed watching the sun set and even saw dolphins playing in the water. The condo is only a short drive to the beach, about a mile straight down the road. Jennifer was very quick to respond with any questions I had. I saw another review that mentioned the stairs to get to the condo, the condo is on the 3rd floor, but the stairs are not difficult to get up and down at all. My 72 year old father did just fine going up and down the stairs, while carrying luggage. I would definitely stay here again for our next trip to any beach close to Charleston.

Only have positive things to say here. Checkin was a breeze. The clean property is always appreciated! 5 mins from folly and 20 mins from anything in Charleston downtown. Tons of grocery stores nearby. If u could purchase a place like this I would. Highly recommend this location to book your next beach vacation.
