Convenient for us because cottage is in the same neighborhood as family. Ingrid was wonderful and her grandchilren were a delight. This is in a neighborhood and is not a touristy area. Not ideal for disability access but it was perfect for our purpose.

this vrbo was so nice! very well kept and tucked behind a house in a residential neighborhood so it feels very safe and protected. super comfy bed and couch and the property owner is so kind!

My wife and I work remotely and this worked great for a 5 week stay. Internet is fast and reliable. Kitchen is adequate with everything you would expect and also included an electric griddle, which was nice. If you're coming as a tourist you may find it a little far from attractions, but this wasn't much of a problem for us. There are also an abundance of good restaurants nearby.

Enchanting grounds with birds,bananas. and tropical plants and trees. Ingrid, the owner who lives on the property was very helpful and attentive. The home was very clean and bright. The bay was easy walking distance and Miami Beach was an easy drive. The dog park was not far and well maintaned.

The mattress was squishy and uncomfortable and I slept on the futon which was wobbly - can’t roll luggage back there because of pavers not close together - wouldnt stay there again. Also it’s not really close to any public beach side so all you can do is look at the water when you walk there.

Not only is this Cottage Absolutely Adorable, it was the the most comfortable and private setting anyone could ask for. The overall experience was everything I could ask for while visiting Miami. I slept well nightly during my stay because the bed was very comfortable and the cottage itself was very clean. The host Ingrid was Lovely and nothing but accommodating. If you are not looking to stay in a place where there is constant hustle such a hotel on the strip, this is the place for you. During my stay I visited many of the main attractions you would want to see in Miami Beach, with minimal travel time. I'm so glad I decided to go with the Cottage, rather than staying at a hotel. Worth every penny!

This property was an absolutely perfect place to stay at with my cousin and our partners, Ingrid was a perfect host who was attentive to any questions asked. The place was full of super cute trinkets all over the place that we spent the time looking over throughout our stay, tiny additions like that made the appeal of staying at a vrbo over a hotel clearly the better choice. Everything was clean and organized, we were provided with clean towels and linen which further emphasizes my previous point. The kitchen was full of appliances as well as all types of spices and cooking items which we took full advantage of, thanks to them we were able to create a dinner for ourselves without having to order delivery or risk going out with Covid. Overall we were all satisfied and happy with the stay and look forward to going again if the opportunity arises once more. Thanks again Ingrid!
