Nestled in North Beach Haven, this attractive house for $814 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Great House. Completely rebuilt from studs in 2016. Wonderful open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen with separate wet bar, duel zone wine fridge and bar fridge. Custom made dining table seats 10, counter seating for 4 and pub seating for 6. Additional outside seating 1st floor deck with x-large gas grill. 2nd floor deck seats 8 with 2 loungers and has convenient bar fridge set up. Downstairs has nice open living area. Two large bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath with shower, and one 1/2 bath off kitchen area. The 2nd floor contains master bedroom with king bed and private full bath with tub/shower, One large bedroom with 2 full size beds, one bedroom with twin bunks and single bed. Separate den with new foldout couch for two. Another full bath with shower and one 1/2 bath off deck. Ceiling fans thru-out. 1 1/2 blocks to ocean easy cross at light. Bay is 3 houses away . TOWELS INCLUDED, LINENS INCLUDED. You are responsible for washing towels/beach towels/washrags/dish towels. ***We will take care of the linens. NO Smoking in house , of any type. Pets considered, call or email owner to discuss We DO NOT allow parties. If something breaks or is lost, we expect to be made aware of it. Need to secure a replacement before the next group arrives. If something is stolen, need the police officers card and police report number. Miscellaneous New HVAC system, new tank-less water heater, ceiling fans thru-out, *Attractions Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Biking to ACME, and Beach Haven. If you take bikes out, please use the bike locks. If you take the bike and do not lock it to bike rack, you will be responsible for replacement cost if stolen. 10 beach passes included. Our Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. Our checkout time is 1:30pm. Check in is 4:00pm. This keeps you out of the traffic jams created from the standard checkout/check in. NO SMOKING PLEASE

This is a beautiful house which is fully equipped with many amenities. You could come here with just your clothes as everything is provided! My extended family of 11 spent a wonderful week in this spacious home. Another plus is Curt and Deb were always available if we needed them.

Fantastic Beach House Close to Beach and Bay
Deb and Curts beach house was perfect for us! Very close to both the beach and bay as well as near all things you need (grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc). Fit our family perfectly and Deb and Curt were very responsive and provided recommendations. Would highly recommend this house.

The best of LBI
This house has everything you’ll ever need for a beach vacation. You can literally go there and bring nothing but clothing and suntan lotion and not need anything. Curt and Deb are the nicest people ever and we’re so helpful with everything and really truly wanted us to enjoy our vacation. We’ve already booked again for next year with them.

One thing to note is the stairs are kind of steep so people with bad knees will need to stay in one the first floor bedrooms.
Overall Curt and Deb Went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful occasion.Enjoy your stay at this wonderful home, we definitely did.

Most accomodating hosts ever
I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this house. We were originally supposed to stay here for a full weekend in May for a wedding, but it was postponed due to COVID. Curt and Deb were THE MOST ACCOMMODATING HOSTS. They seamlessly changed our reservation to a later date and were extremely open and available for communications the entire time. With the wedding being the same day as check-in, Curt and Deb kept us in the loop with the previous renters check out and the clean up process so we were able to get in a full hour early and had plenty of time to get ready before the wedding.
When it came to the actual house, it was beautiful, clean and perfect for our weekend. We wish we had more time to stay there. The house was big enough to fit 13 adults and there were 5 bathrooms so we were all able to get ready at the same time. Next time we head to LBI we will 1000% look for this house because it was simply perfect. Thanks again!

August 2020 Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to LBI and Curt and Deb's home. Our group consisted of both adults and young children. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and walking to see the sunsets over the bay during the evening. The adults enjoyed eating meals outside on the deck. We walked to the beach each day and loved that there were lots of beach equipment and toys we could use at the house. The house is also very close to a large grocery store which was very convenient. We were worried about our trip with COVID but the house was very clean upon our arrival. Everything met our expectations and Curt and Deb we're very responsive to our questions both prior to and during our trip.

The house was absolutely great and the location was perfect. There was nothing we needed. There was 14 of us and there was plenty of space. The walk to the beach and bay was quick. The beach was gorgeous. The house was spotless. The owners were so easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect Choice!
This beach house was the perfect choice for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is beyond amazing! And even with 14 people, it never felt crowded. Nice, quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The owners thought of everything and could not have been more accommodating! Overall, we were very pleased with this rental!

Perfect stay!
Curt and Deb’s house is absolutely beautiful! Everything you could need when you are heading to the beach is provided, which made traveling to LBI for the weekend very easy! Would recommend and stay again.

Exceptional in many ways
We arrived at Curt and Deb's house early and they allowed us to use the outside area until the maids were finished which was a real treat because it is very busy there on a Saturday. Also, Curt and Deb were very nice and showed us around the inside of the house when it was ready and gave us some tips on the surrounding area.
One suggestion we took was to go to Nardi's on Monday evening to the children's karaoke which my granddaughter loved and where we all had fun watching.
The house is very well equipped and every time we thought of something we needed it was there for us. Also, the surrounding neighborhood is very beautiful. We walked to the bay one evening and brought ice cream and made ice cream cones while we watched the sunset.
We didn't mind the walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded with plenty of space for a volley ball game which some of us played.
Having three full baths, two half baths and an outside shower really helped our party of seven adults and five children when we all returned from the beach. Also, the hose was great for rinsing off the sand.
We are looking forward to returning next year to our new home away from home.
