Really cute little spot for a short visit to SJDS! Loved the location as is is an easy walk to the beach and town. It is up a hill high enough for a beautiful view, but doesn't wear you out getting back and forth. Paul and Anne were great hosts and live 2 doors down if you need anything. We recieved a very detailed overview upon arrival and they provide a binder of great information about the unit and things to do in the area. Thank you Paul and Anne! Keith and I WILL see y'all again soon!!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful say here, everything was perfect! The studio is small and self contained a great size for a couple! The property is beautiful, quiet and very well maintained. About a 13 min leisurely walk on the beach to town, the ideal distance to enjoy some serenity (something you will not likely get in town) . We ended up renting a scooter to get to and from town, about a 5 min drive. The property managers were wonderful and very helpful, Anne even arranged for our transportation from the Airport. I will defiantly be back!

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Beautiful grounds, close to town, spacious accommodations, well equipped, and easy to work with managers. All the employees are top notch. Friendly, and hard working. Santos, the night security guard, is wonderful. Always felt safe, and never worried about ourselves or our valuables. I highly recommend booking this townhome with Paul and Anne. They were both extremely helpful in suggesting and recommending activities as well as arranging for a driver for us back to the airport in Managua. The place is beautiful and located just far way enough from the beach for it not to be noisy, but close enough it is a very nice short walk. Paul and Anne were more than happy to answer any questions we had by email leading up to our stay as well as throughout our time there.

We just had a really great time in Nica/SJDS and loved the location of this condo! Tucked away a bit from the craziness of the beach town, but close enough to walk to and from each day. Close proximity to make the hike up to the top of the hill for amazing 360 views of this paradise. We absolutely loved the pool and garden onsite, used both daily, private even with several other couples staying at the condo. Paul and Anne were great as well, there if you need them and not if you don't. Their suggestions for restaurants were spot on. Highly recommend, we made some memories for a lifetime~

The stay itself was great. We enjoyed the accommodations. Paul and Anne were very accommodating.The location was also ideal - close enough to town to walk, but far enough to be quiet. It was the booking process that was less than ideal. Before booking with Paul and Anne, another VRBO owner pulled our reservation out from under us just a couple of days before our departure for Nicaragua. We were left scrambling and were not impressed with the way VRBO handled things.
