To the owner ((Take the money but offer something acceptable))

• The location is good (convenience for family visiting Sunway Lagoon and mall).

* The owner is uncooperative and refuses to respond to all inquiries or assistance. * very Bad view 😞😞 I think they have other rooms which look nicer like the photos ,,, rooms are very run down and what you see in pictures is not what you get. * The cleanliness need to improve. * The apartment is little bit old. * Pillow and bed is not supported well. * The room we stayed looks a bit run down and maybe needs some maintenance and new decoration. * The aircon is either too cold or too warm. * Bad experience totally and complete rip-off. Book at your own risk.

Value for money, ease of access to Sunway Pyramid Liked · The location can be confusing due to similar names of hotels under the same brand “Sunway”. Check in was faster it self check in but the room was spacious. Facilities are great and easily accessible to Sunway Pyramid Mall thru the main lobby.

The location was very good but the room was having a lot of cleaning issues.

The location for those who are interested in visiting Sunway Lagoon.

There were insects in the room. The smell was bad. The bathtube was not able to drain the water

Location is good

The location is excellent, just beside the Sunway Lagoon, Pyramid Mall. The apartment at the upper floors of Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The mall is big and a lot of entertainment can be found

The cleanliness need to improve, as cockroaches come out at night and the toilets also not clean too. The apartment is little bit old, the lift lobby is located at the basement of Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Pillow and bed is not supported well

everything was close, shopping mall and the water theme park,

the lift , only two were functioning and its quite small

For the purpose of our trip, the location is good. Just a step to the Mall. The building maintenance still good and clean. The public area is bright which doesn't feel scary. The shower is good with strong pressure.

I think they have other rooms which look nicer like the photos. The room we stayed looks a bit run down and maybe needs some maintenance and new decoration. The aircon is either too cold or too warm. Should put a floor towel at the bathroom, as the water still flows out even with the shower curtain. The mattress for the double-decker is abit soft n thin.

Very bad.

location to Sunway Lagoon

Most of the furnitures are old and in bad conditions. Should had upgrade it, especially the double deck bed matresses, both are so thin, felt like sleeping without mattress. The dining table are not sturdy, my family member almost felt down. The airconds are not fully functioning. Felt so stuffy. Should place a fan for better air circulations. So most of the time we need to open the sliding door for better air circulations. There’s few hair found in the bath tub before we start using the toilet. There’s a hole at the wall too when we arrived. Just the locations next to Sunway Lagoon entrance that made me rate 2/10. Overall its not worth at all. Can get better place to stay with this price.

Fun at Sunway Lagoon

Good for young people to have a night before getting into water theme park. Can accomodate many people with the idea of bunk bed. It accomodate well for 8 adult and 3 children. Easy access to mall and restaurant with 5 minutes walking distance.

Not suitable for elder people as the apartment is cramped with bunk beds.

Superb

Bed and sheets clean and comfortable. A great room to stay with family. We could spend quality time together. The game/mini arcade were excellent to have. 👍🏻

The only downfall we had was we had power cut off/blackout from 1am-630am. Tried to call the hotline number but no answer. In the morning, we manage to call PIC and issue solved. Good thing is, the room temperature was OK despite no electricity. So we are OK throughout the night.

Superb

The service was outstanding. The TV box didn't work initially and we reported to the agent. He sent the worker to set it up promptly. We were happy because we can watch FIFA World cup.

The amenities were abut dated but it was comfortable and functional still.

The location is great like other reviews, they commented on the great location

The furniture are old furniture, also like other reviews commented about this property. I would highly recommend the furniture to be upgraded.

Avoid this place

Aircon, water heater, location of the place.

Room 16-106 a. Room is not clean. Stain found on blanket. b. Wifi password was not provided upon check in. c. Bunk bed mattress is too thin, my kids could feel the metal frame beneath mattress and it's not comfortable. End up couldn't sleep well whole night. d. Decor on wall is damaged.
