Breakfast variety is good.
Breakfast variety is good, however the choices seems the same for regular customer like me who goes to stay there 2 to 3 times each month.
I am a regular stay customer there, each time I have to keep asking for a quiet room away from the traffic noise as I am a light sleeper.
Check in takes too long. Is there a way to be faster?

The surrounding of the hotel is really tranquil.
There are some complimentary cooling drinks in a jar & chocolate cookies plus green & red apples offered in the hotel lobby.
Easily find eatery outlets or coffee at surrounding distance.
I like the seafood Char Koay Teow at Eatery, Sheraton Four Points.
The shower water inside the room is really ‘powerful’, thus gives us a relaxing warm water shower b4 sleep.

Perhaps need some extra attention for the cleanliness of the corridor towards the hotel rooms.

Bed was comfy and room service food were good and generous in portions.
I was not informed aware that this hotel was under revocation, else I would have booked another place. When i called to inform that I would be late checking in at 6pm instead of 5pm, the room was not even ready. Imagine if i came early at 3pm. The room looks rundown and old, TV very difficult to navigate with limited channel, power socket near bed were not able to use until maintenance came with adaptor to sort it out. Pool with a breathtaking view of an old building which was soo pity to see. Breakfast was moderate, nothing to talk about with limited selection. I could find better food and choices nearby your hotel. Overall, i felt it was a waste of money and my time staying there.
