About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $364 per night is a great option for your next break. CLEAN; beautifully decorated; condo. with a 400 sq. ft. covered balcony; boasting views of the ocean, bay and skyline; you will not want to leave this balcony!!! The outdoor pool sits out in the bay on our own private grassy peninsula and provides a pool house with bathrooms and a grill area with a Weber grill for your use. There are tables and chairs if you choose to dine alfresco and lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool. The indoor pool, which provides enjoyment year round and on rainy summer days, is beautifully appointed with a ceramic tile floor, murials, plenty of seating and is located on the first floor. Kitchen - You will love the open floor plan with large designer kitchen with a bar that seats four and dining room table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a ceramic cook-top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, built-in microwave, toaster oven, blender, mixer and everything you will need to prepare enjoyable meals for your family. Living room - The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a loveseat, 2 chairs, a fireplace, a telescope, a TV w/ DVD and cable, a bookcase w/ books and storage tables containing games, cards, magazines and coupons for local area attractions. There are hand painted murals throughout the property. MBR - Queen bed, 2 nightstands, lg. dresser, TV with DVD and cable, balcony, double sinks, soaking tub, oversized shower and private commode area. BR1 - 2 twin beds, private bath with tub. BR2 - 2 twin beds, 1 twin bunk bed (sleeps small people only) private bath w/mural and tub, TV w/ DVD and cable. Laundry room - oversized washer and dryer for your use.

The location was great. We have stayed in the same place but different floor. The TV in the master room wasn’t working, and there were little ants everywhere. I re-cleaned and used spray on counters and everything. At the end of our stay I messaged Barbara but have no idea if she received the message as she never responded back. When we left there were still ants so I hope she took care of it before other families arrived. The shower in the one bathroom wasn’t working correctly and sprayed everywhere. The keys didn’t work right for the pool area either so we had to get the code from another person staying there to get in. So we made the best of our stay and glad we were only there for a short time.

This was our third Labor Day weekend at this property. Had a fantastic time with the family. Location is fantastic. Sat out on the large deck and enjoyed looking at the bay and the town. Made use out of both indoor and outdoor pools. Short walk to the beach. Perfect weekend!

Stayed at this Bella Vista until for 3 nights in August 2023. The location was great...close to Seacrets for those that wanted adult fun and Dumster's and mini golf for the younger ones. Short walk to the beach. View of the bay is beautiful and can see the ocean too. Layout of the unit was roomy and 3 bathrooms, all with nice size vanities, was big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

This location is perfect. The ocean is beautiful of course but the bay view and location is where it's at. The picture of the balcony view just does not do it justice. And the condo itself is also great. It was a group of 8 of us and it was spacious and comfortable. We don't know when we'll be back but we immediately said we would choose this condo again in the future!

I was very happy with the property. It's a great location, we parked our cars and didn't use them the rest of the week. Can't beat using the bus. It was a short walk to the beach. We had fantastic views from the balcony, loved sitting out there with the furniture provided. The new flooring was beautiful in the main living area. Everything was clean when we got there. The pool out by the bay was great too. Having a bathroom there instead of having to go back to the condo every time was convenient too. Would stay at this condo again.

A beautiful condo that needs some TLC. The views of the bay and the ocean were breathtaking from the balcony of the condo. Owner was easy to work with. We had a little trouble unlocking and locking the door. Once we knew how to do it, it was easy. More kitchen or should I say more updated kitchen amenities would be appreciate it like a Keurig, a new toaster oven, new pots, and pans things like that I know the owner is in the process of renovating and painting the condo and either removing the carpet or getting new carpet. me personally, I like a place with no carpeting easier to clean and keep clean.

If you are torn between two or three properties with similar price ranges, Please pick the other property. This one definetly delivers on location and space but the experience with the owner may ruin your trip.
The location and view are amazing!!! The Owner is a scandalous, greedy liar with poor customer service and poor communication skills. Day of self-check in I messaged her with questions and concerns(including photos of broken items) and received no response for 14hrs. Basic information was not provided making getting settled frustrating.

No one was there when we checked in or checked out. She will attempt to keep your deposit by blaming you for already damaged property so take Pllenty of pictures the day you arrive or demand she (not the cleaning lady) is there to walk the property with you.
Very, very poor customer service.
She Did not communicate check in or parking information ahead of trip. I had to request while in route. Be prepared to drive 10-15mins past the property to print your parking pass at staples after you arrive or risk getting towed.
Broken /damaged items (curtains, sliding doors, shaky bunk beds). Some type of damages in every room.
POOR backed up PLUMBING in two of three bathrooms.
Overall the property, size, location and nearby activities make this a great place. The poor ethics of the owner, dated furniture, poor plumbing, false advertisement regarding refundable deposit and hidden additional cash fees outside the app make it a nightmare.
Unless you want to stand in backed up tub water hoping to get assistance from the owner(who is unavailable) I say pick another property. If you pick this property come knowing you will get poor customer service and you will not get your deposit back without a legal battle. Good luck. Hopefully your experience is better than mine was.

When searching for a location that allowed easy access to beach, ocean, bay and minimal driving to boardwalk and restaurants this was a pleasant property that checked off all the boxes.
Not only was the location enjoyable, it also provides enough relaxation spaces and rooms to be close but not feel stuffed in together. Others touted the views from the balcony and I can now attest it was well utilized.

Loved the Condo, the maid could have done a better job of cleaning before we got there, long hairs in two of the bathroom showers. Other than that, would rent again!

Beautiful condo, with wonderrful views!
This condo was great! With 3 bathrooms every group had their own space. The bunk room was terrific. It allowed the adults their own sleeping space and the kids could enjoy themselves in their own room. Sunsets were great. Wonderful trip.

This is a beautiful hidden gem. I will definitely be re booking here. The location was perfect we walked to shop, eat and drink. Added bonus there is a coffee shop on each side of the villa. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze. Perfect for our group!! Thank you Barbara!!!!

Great place and great time
The property was better than the photos. Very nice size for my family of 10. Loved the large balcony looking at the bay on one side and the ocean on the other side. Very quiet inside which meant great sleeping. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool on the bay. Had a few issues but nothing we could not work with...there are usually issues anywhere you stay you just need to work around them. A fantastic place and a great time! Will definitely be back in the future!!!!

The property is well maintained and very spacious. It was easy to reach the property manager and she responds quickly. Only concern was one bathroom tub which was not draining properly. When brought up with Barbara, she said that a plumber supposedly fixed it. Had an excellent time with family. Loved that it had a pool and a scenic balcony.

The condo was great, location and view were outstanding. She has Adirondack seating on a large balcony that are wonderful. The kitchen was adequate with pots, pans, plates, bowls and silverware. Barbara was helpful with any questions or concerns I had. My friends loved Bella Vista. I plan on bringing my family back soon. I give it a strong “A”
