Nestled in Groveland, this charming house for $179 per night is a great choice for your next break. It is a 25 minute drive to Yosemite Entrance, 50 minutes to Valley Floor. It's a 3 minute walk to: Pine Mountain Restaurant 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Communal swimming pool(May-Oct), Pickleball courts. Grocery Store 5 minute drive A 5 minute drive to the Pine Mountain Marina (June-Aug), where you can swim, rent nonmotorized boats, volleyball, and Lakeside Cafe. Three separate bedrooms with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and deck. Free Wireless Internet and cell phone access. Towels and Linens provided. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Central Air Conditioning. This townhouse is strictly family oriented and does not accept golfing party reservations. No Third party bookings, the person booking the reservation MUST occupy the townhouse. No Pets. No Smoking Maximum Occupancy 6 persons, including children. The rate is non-negotiable.

My family and I visited and actually checked out early and found another rental. The unit is in major need of updates. The carpet is old, it's dusty, and the linens didn't smell fresh. My travel agent selected this place and I went against my gut and rented it because of the great location and price but in the end my daughters, husband and I weren't comfortable here. David was nice enough but really needs to put some money into fixing the place up.

Pine Mountain Lake is a beautiful community. Townhouse is located very close to pool and club house. Townhouse could use some updating but is very clean and more than suited our needs. Comfortable Accommodations
Pine Mountain Lake is a beautiful community. Townhouse is located very close to pool and club house. Townhouse could use some updating but is very clean and more than suited our needs. Wonderful place to stay close to Yosemite National Park
We had a wonderful stay at David's townhouse. It's location in Groveland makes it an easy drive to Yosemite's north entrance. The townhouse itself is just a couple minutes walk from the Pine Mountain Lake (PML) community swimming pool and golf course, and only a couple minutes drive from the main marina and beach at PML lake.
We found the accommodation to be simple but clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we had no problem cooking in every night we were there.
Best of all, David was a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay worked out well and we really appreciated that!
The only minor issue we had was with the PML gate staff: They are very strict on who can come into the PML complex. If for instance you want to invite a friend over for dinner, make sure to let David know well in advance so they can be added to the guest list at the main gate, otherwise they will not be allowed in... :).
Overall, we would recommend staying here, especially since David is so great to deal with.

Good location
Nice unit with plenty of space and most things you'd need for a week away, except network TV. BBQ grill was a nice surprise. Close to lake and town, and about 30 minutes to the Yosemite entrance. Worked out great for us.

Incredibly homey location with an excellent host
The apartment was clean, inviting, quiet, and much roomier than we originally expected. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a large whirlpool bath and a balcony. Wifi is fast. There's a Verizon cell phone signal booster. The kitchen is fully stocked (and even has a Chemex for pour over coffee, which was a nice little surprise for me). Netflix is available on the 46in(?) TV in the living room. There's a nice collection of books in the apartment (mostly sci-fi and non-fic computer science books). Some good reads. You may want to keep in mind that there is not a washer and dryer available in the apartment.
The host was insanely accommodating. He provided expansive details on the apartment and its amenities prior to our visit. He also gave us tips for our first visit to Yosemite as well as a briefing on the local area. Once we arrived at the apartment, he gave us plenty of space. We only had contact with him the one time that I phoned him myself. Despite some poor planning on my part, he really went out of his way to undo my mistake and ensure that we had a pleasant stay. I couldn't recommend this property more.

Lovely place for family vacation
Overlooking the golf course and a beautiful view of the forests all around made sitting on the deck wonderful. Lots of room for everyone. The house is very well appointed, clean and very comfortable for all of us. Thank you!!!!

A very pleasant place
The place met our needs perfectly. Clean, with lots of space. It is a tri-level home, so we had to keep an eye on our 1 year old constantly as there are a lot of stairs. The owner was very easy to work with. An older property, but the amenities all worked well and we were very pleased.

GREAT LOCATION AND AMENITIES BUT OUTDATED
This condo has a very nice floorplan for several family members and is located in the quaint town of Groveland, the last town before you enter into Yosemite. The amenities on the property (pool, golfing, clubhouse, lake) are wonderful although we did not have time to use them. However, the townhome needs some serious updating and probably a new cleaning company. The price is very reasonable and this likely reflects the 1980's character of the property - you do get what you pay for. The owner was very responsive to our need for propane; both propane tanks were empty. We did a propane exchange so we could cook our steaks and the owner promptly refunded the money and was very apologetic.
I probably would not rent this unit again, unless it has been updated. It is a lovely property and some updating would go very far to make the unit more comfortable. We spent our days in Yosemite and the property is close to both the valley and high country.

Perfect for families
Would love to stay here again. Great location and the house was perfectly stocked for all of our families needs. The neighbors and members at the pool were all very welcoming. Our kids were disappointed we had to leave.

Large Townhome at a good price
The owner David was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had before arrival.
It was nice that each room had its own bathroom attached. There were a couple of nice restaurants and a market only 5 minutes away.
This was the first time we rented closer to the North entrance of Yosemite. We had a wonderful hike of the Hetch Hetchy Reservoir and Wapoma Falls.

Amazing, quiet, big well equipped place to stay
The owner is great, He gave me detailed instructions on how everything works and how to get there. Very responsive to questions and very accomodating. The place is huge... rooms have lots of space and the kitchen is a nice size. The place was clean and well maintained, and everything was easy to find ... I felt like I was in my own home. I enjoyed the restaurants of groveland and they have this great grocery store nearby that had a great selection of meats and vegetables at reasonable prices. We cooked a lot and the kitchen made it easy. We drove to Yosemite everyday and we also went to senora and to hetch hetchy reservoir which was great to see. I have already recommended this place to family and friends... enjoy the deck and dinners out on it.. we did every night while watching the stars and we even got an eclipse one night.

Great Townhouse with Extras
Our family of 4 enjoyed a lovely stay in this spacious townhouse. The owner provided many extra special touches which we greatly appreciated. He made the beds with clean linens for our arrival, provided towels, coffee, and even fresh flowers in the living room and dining room. The townhouse is located close to the pool and country club, so we walked to the pool and to dinner. Also, it is a quick drive to the beach area. We would definitely love to return again and rent this wonderful townhouse.
