About this apartment rental
Comprising one double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers. Separate sitting room with and desk and chair, free WIFI, TV, two easy chairs, kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Showeroom and toilet. Please note there are no kitchen facilites. Own entrance through rear of property, four steps to entrance. Use of shared back-garden with owner.
We are close to Partick underground (tube) and Partick, Hyndland and Jordanhill railway stations approx. 15 mins walk. SEC, Hyro and Armadillo are one stop on the train from Partick. Numerous direct bus routes to the City Centre, University of Glasgow, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital close by. Glasgow airport is 15 mins drive away. Edinburgh is around 1 hour drive away (dependent on traffic) or 45 mins by train every 15 mins from Queen Street Station.
Easy access by car to M8, M74, Clyde Tunnel and to Loch Lomond.
Numerous shops, bars and cafes all within easy walking distance.

Lovely, quiet rooms. 20 minute walk from the Partick subway station. Kettle for tea and coffee in the cosy living room was nice. Bring an eye mask- the white/yellow curtains in the bedroom are light. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful clean suite. The desk/tv/seating area was like having my own den looking out at a garden full of green and flowers. There were fresh flowers from the garden in the bedroom. The suite was quiet and relaxing. Nigel was an excellent host. The neighbourhood was interesting and walkable. Restaurants, grocery and take out were a 5 minute walk away. There was a parķ 1 minute walk away. The transportation links were excellent. I arrived in downtown Glasgow by bus. The city busshared thsame terminal. I took one city bus to a stop just a 8 minute walk to the property. The same bus stop was where I boarded a bus to the airport. This is a gem. I would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of a holiday rental room. It was a real bonus having a separate sitting room. And being able to sit in such a beautiful garden Space was lovely. We ate outside one night. Just a 10 minute walk to the buses that we used all the time going in and out of the city and also to the airport. And also just at that location is the great Thornwood pub, convenience store, and take out Chinese. The hosts have done a lovely job of turning this into a beautiful rental. We would definitely stay there again. And we appreciate it being just half an hour out of the city. In my opinion, much nicer than staying in the city.
