The staff were as kind and helpful as they could possibly be - an 11! The room was very comfortable and has a really nice layout and design. And their garden area is quite relaxing.

We had an amazing room in one of the sweet towers with a beautiful view. They have the best fries in Arusha!! Twice a week there is a busy authentic market walking distance. Sweet garden, lovely restaurant and staff,great breakfast, and pool table:) loved it!

Very cosy and comfortable rooms, nice garden and common area, excellent food! And very nice views on Mount Meru.

The room was nice and spacious with a beautiful view of Mt.Meru. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights before our safari, it was very good. The restaurant food is delicious and the breakfast was good too.
The location is far from the city but probably good if you are going to safaris.
