Enjoy a just renovated, canal-front, two bedroom, two full bath, top floor unit at Wight Bay Condominium. WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OR GRADUATES. WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25. Wight Bay is a five-story elevator condominium with bay and canal views, attractive landscaping, a bayside boardwalk, picnic tables and a beautiful in-ground pool overlooking the bay and romantic sunsets. Wight Bay is in a quiet central location on the bay and just a one block walk from the oceanfront beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo unit is on the top floor and has canal views and a view of Seacrets . There is a large open deck accessible from either the living room or the master bedroom. The unit has been completely remodeled with new furnishings, porcelain tile, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new solid core interior doors, HDTV, cable, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped so bring your own bed linens and towels and you’ll have everything you need. Go out, have fun and enjoy your vacation! We do not rent to anyone under 25 years old. No exceptions. Overall, we had a positive experience. After a storm, the Wi-Fi went down, and the communication and support to get it back up was quick and appreciated. We also had some questions on parking and received timely responses on that as well, Interactions with staff, including housekeeping was also positive. The condo was clean. Getting in and out of the room was easy. We were on the fifth floor, and the elevator always came quickly. Overall, we would recommend this condo to future families looking for a place to stay in Ocean City.

The property was very well maintained and in a convenient location. You can cross the street to access the beach and it’s a very quick drive to the boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions. The balcony overlooking an inlet of the bay where boats are docked was a nice spot to take in the breeze. On Friday night I could hear some noise from Seacrets, which is next door, but it wasn’t bothersome. If I return to Ocean City, I would book this place again.

This top-floor condo is beautifully updated, with a private oversized balcony. Inside, we were impressed with the new & comfortable furnishings, appliances, & handsome beach decor. We found the location convenient to everything—a block from the beach, next to the bay & Seacrets, & close to restaurants. As our overall experience was outstanding & far exceeded other properties where we’ve stayed in OC, we highly recommend staying here. We definitely plan to return.

Great location. Ice maker in the fridge was not working and when we walked in, the place had this smell that we had to go buy some candles and spray air cleaner . It went away in a few days. Other then that it was all good.

We had a great stay at this property. Very easy booking the reservation through VRBO app and great communication from owner prior to our arrival. This was the perfect location and size condo for our family.

The property is centrally located within Ocean City and close to the bus stop to hop on either direction within a few minutes. The property had everything it advertised. I was disappointed that the bathroom was stocked with only 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to buy a pack to get us through the week. There was also no hair dryer which was also a big inconvenience as a woman with long thick hair. The wash and dry is $2.25 each. Bring your own supplies because there are none within the condo and the both laundry rooms were sold out. Also, bring a roll of quarters because there is no change machine onsite. In fact, I tried to get change at a laundromat in town and their machine was out of service and the local bank of america does not provide you change if you aren't a customer even if you offer to pay a fee. Also, bring your own cleaning supplies because if you spill something there were none stocked in the place. I think the cleaning crew that cleans the place must not be the greatest because there were several missed things when we arrived (dirt spots on walls, toothpaste speckles on the wall by the sinks). I had to buy a roll of lysol wipes to wipe it down or in case my 4 year old spilled something, peed on the toilet seat, etc. It was just these few minor things that inconvenienced us and would we have known we could have planned better. Otherwise everything else met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay and visit to Ocean City very much!

We enjoyed our stay! We loved the location, close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants, especially the nearby Dumsers. Our only complaint is that the seagulls were up at the crack of dawn! We will definitely return! Thank you!

We have stayed here three years in a row now. It is a beautiful unit and is in excellent condition. The owner Mr. Wadden is great to work with and is easily available for questions. We plan on continuing to rent this place every year for a long as we can.

As I called the owner to see if I could go into the place a little early, he allowed me to do so which was really nice, but also told me there were damage to the closet doors from the previous guest and that someone would be there to fix them during the week. When we go into the apartment, not only are the closet doors broken, but so is the bathroom door which didn't even have a have a handle. The owner gives his handyman my number to see when I would be around for him to fix the stuff. So now I have to plan my time around his availability. As it turns out the handyman cancelled twice and never did come to fix anything. One of the bedrooms also had plastic over top of the mattress. Not sure why or what that's protecting, but my friend complained of bites on her legs and it was very uncomfortable. The last bit deals with decency. I overlooked and dealt with a lot all week and never complained, then the day I leave, I am called and told that the parking passes weren't left for the next guest. I know I left them there as well as my three other friends who all vouch for that being the last thing we left out before leaving. But I understand, it's my word against someone else's. I get my security deposit back with a $200 charge for not returning the passes. Even if I didn't leave them, which I believe I did, my inconveniences and willingness to put up with them without complaining are sure worth more than a couple parking passes. I would not stay here. Who knows if those doors are even fixed yet. Who knows what kind of trumped up charges will come up to not give you your security deposit back.

Our group loved our stay at Wight Bay. We were thrilled to pull in and see we were RIGHT NEXT to Seacrets (our favorite OCMD hang out!). Conveniently located to the shuttle stop, a block from the beach and public beach parking. We were supplied with every kitchen gadget we needed and beach chairs too! Would definitely recommend for a group of 4-5 adults... The 6 of us were feeling a little cramped by the end of the week! Overall a great place to stay.

The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Perfect location, right on the bay so we could crab and fish and a block away from the beach. I would highly recommend this rental to everyone. We will be back next year!
