Everything about this apartment is top notch. The location is convenient, in a walkable neighborhood, close to restaurants, coffee shops and metro. Keypad entry into the building and again into the apartment was user friendly and secure. First impression upon entering the apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient space. Everything about this unit says “quality.” Good lighting and very functional with plenty of electrical outlets and charging stations. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware, knives and kitchen tools. Bed is comfortable and bedroom has plenty of closet space. Bathroom is beautifully tiled, well-lit and with a great shower. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful, High-End Finishings. Comfortable and Quite. Perfect location to enjoy The Village and very close to two Metro Stations to connect you anywhere and explore the city and surroundings.
Our favorite adventure was the Botanical Gardens, if you are looking for that must do, especially with the summer bloom in it’s full glory.
Can’t wait to come visit again.

This was our second stay at Wolfe Street. The apartment is well laid out, comfortable and spotless. Everything we needed was there (with a very, very minor exception of wine glasses - but there were plenty of other glasses). We enjoyed the neighborhood and our hosts' suggestions for restaurants - we loved O Thym, just around the corner, and metro access is very, very easy. Our stay could not have been better.

I’ve stayed at David’s condo many times over the years and it can’t be beat for style, lux appointments, and convenience. This trip saw a new washer, dryer, coffeemaker, and Hue lighting. David continually invests in the property, and he is easy to reach if any questions arise. Top of the line.

The condominium is a beautifully appointed living space. Immaculately clean with all the amenities of an upscale hotel. Great neighborhood coffee shop "Pourquoi Pas" and wonderful brunch at the cafe "Alejandro", are both just around the corner. The Metro is very close too. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

This has to be one of the best vrbo’s I have stayed at. The attention t detail, cleanliness, supplies and location came together to make the perfect stay.
This place is super modern, clean and lovely. David was super accommodating and kind.
I couldn’t have asked for a better choice. My only regret is not spending more time in the vrbo rather then being out all day.
We will be back!

I had one question while staying and my query was answered promptly.
The neighborhood was incredible. Last time we were in Montreal we stayed in the old port area, but found it to be too touristy. Always a treat to visit, but not where we want to "live." Rue Wolfe felt like "home," with groceries, SAC, fun bars and delicious food options all within a few blocks. The subway and bus options within short walking distance. We were even lucky enough to find legal street parking right across from the condo at the end of our stay, but the recommended garage was easy and close by (rates have increased to $25 per day, not bad).
We will definitely plan to return to the condo on our next visit to Montreal - our new home away from home!

This apartment was stunning. Within feet of the gay village and all its debauchery, this apartment was an oasis. It's in central downtown Montreal, walking distance from pretty much everything. The owners have spared no expense in creating a luxurious apartment. Perfectly clean, high end shampoo/conditioner, coffee pods, shopping bags, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer that made no noise! I even found a safe on my last day that I hadn't realised was there. It looks exactly like the photos, only the painting of the raven is much more spectacular in real life. You can blackout the bedroom to get a good night's sleep and the noise of the street doesn't carry through into the apartment. The neighbourhood is fun, although not for the faint hearted. You will probably end up in a strip club at some point. Lot's of great bars to sit outside and watch the people go by. None better than Le Stud, which is at the end of the village. If you're not North American, remember this is a tipping culture and tax gets added on to your bill.

I have stayed in dozens of apartment rentals in Canada, Europe, and the USA. None of those rentals come close to the excellence this apartment has to offer. This place is so well cared for that It looked as if it had just recently undergone a total renovation. Easily, this the most modern and well-maintained apartment I have stayed in. While there, I took advantage of Apple TV to watch YouTube videos, and I was playing music from my phone over the Sonos system. On my journey, I stayed at four other places, and while they were nice, I had to point out a few negatives. There are no negatives with this apartment. None! You will likely be inspired to renovate your home after staying here.

I picked the property because it looked as if a designer did it (and that was true). The place is central in the Gay Village. It's well-appointed and spotless. The details were great on the unit. Loved that. The bed was comfortable. Would love some thinner pillows, but they were still comfortable. We had some questions and the owner was very responsive and kind. I'd stay there again.

A Stylish Montreal Residence
The luxurious condo is exceptionally well appointed and maintained. Quality construction, furnishings and comforts can be throughout the living space, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Every detail was carefully considered and executed at the highest quality. We arrived to find everything beautifully cleaned and sanitary. Easy access to the metro, grocery stores, Starbucks, local restaurants and bars; though the street is rather quiet. We easily were able to communicate with the owner to discuss check-in and check-out, and they were most accommodating. We so enjoyed our four-night stay, that we were sad to leave. An excellent choice for couples visiting Montreal.
