La camera: era spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole.
Il servizio. Abbiamo fatto 2 richieste e ce le hanno negate entrambe. La ragazza giovane al banco non é stata molto gentile, le consiglio di rivedere il modo di porsi con i clienti. Avevamo chiesto la possibilitá di avere la camera un'ora prima del ceck-in e un uovo a frittata per colazione( preciso che hanno una pasticceria...le uova le dovrebbero avere!).

La signora che ci ha accolto è stata super gentile anche con nostra figlia di un anno, non solo lei ma tutto lo staff. Camera molto bella, spaziosa il giusto per 3 persone e mezzo, pulita e con posizione ottima in centro storico. Il paese è molto tranquillo noi abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte senza nessun disturbo. Se si vuole cenare alla sera tattico il ristorante sempre della struttura, meglio prenotare, piatti tipici e deliziosi.
L'unica pecca senza climatizzatore.

Posizione centralissima, molto carino il borgo che è raccolto e piacevole. Nonostante non sia presente aria condizionata, con il ventilatore in camera abbiamo dormito bene.

Location
On arrival they did not have the room we booked. They blamed Booking.com
We tried calling them without success. Chat and they still have not responded.Customer service phone numbers don’t work which is not good customer service. We needed Booking.com’S immediate help, not some time in the future.
