Situated in Fort Lauderdale, this charming house for $1,913 per night is a great option for your next trip. 7 Bedrooms, 7.5 Baths, Sleeps 14 adults and 4 kids under 13 . Includes elevator. Built in 2009, this Mediterranean style luxury vacation home , overlooks the tranquil waterways of the intra-coastal and is situated off the Las Olas Isles. Sit back and enjoy watching yachts pass by in the back yard. This property is equipped with a 100 foot dock which includes shore power, deep water and no fixed bridges. This private gated resort-like mansion features 7 bedrooms, 7.5 en suite bathrooms .Each bedroom has its own flat screen television as well as full cable and wireless internet. The furnishings and décor have been selected to fuse the feelings of the Mediterranean and beach styles. The home is comfortable yet elegant. There is a large formal dining room as well as eat in kitchen. The living room has high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the waterway and brings in much natural light. The grand chandelier hangs high with a magnificent fireplace to enhance the ambiance. The gourmet kitchen is appointed with Viking appliances, including a 60 inch, Viking professional range oven as well as all other kitchen amenities needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The family room features fine leather furniture, pool table, wet bar and French doors that lead you to the outdoor patio with tropical landscaping and heated pool and spa. A full outdoor kitchen with gas grill and pool side shower are also included. The entire outside perimeter of the house has security cameras, including the pool area. The best things about this estate are its luxury look and its location. It is walking distance to the beach and the shops of Las Olas. It is situated in a multi-million dollar neighborhood with mansions and mega yachts visible from every canal. A 100 foot dock is included in the backyard and available for your usage. The dock will accommodate a 100 foot yacht or smaller. It includes full shore power, deep water and no fixed bridges for easy access to the ocean. The City of Fort Lauderdale requires that Sec. 15-278 be disclosed for vacation rental standards, rules and regulations: 1. Maximum occupancy in the rental unit shall be strictly enforced. There shall be only two persons per bedroom room staying on the property. This means no additional guests are staying on couches or air mattresses. 2. Parking, vehicles must be parked in garage, carport or designated spots in driveway. No off-street parking or in neighbors driveways, swells or lawn is permitted. If in doubt, the info book has photos of these locations. 3. Trash and Recycle days can be found in the information book Bins shall remain in set location until appropriate pickup days. Bins should be rolled out after 6 pm the day before scheduled pick-up and shall be removed before 10pm of pickup day. Should you forget, trash days and bins are overflowing on your departure a $250 fee will be charged for trash removal. 4. Noise – Audible loud noise (i.e., music, socializing and the like) is not permitted 25 feet from the property line between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am daily and more than fifty feet 7 am to 10 pm. 5. It is the responsibility of all guests to be mindful of swimming pools, hot tubs, and waterways. Be mindful to watch toddlers infants and children. Pool and Water Safety is YOUR responsibility. 6. Emergency and after hours contact information can be found in the house book . This includes Police, Fire Department, Hospital and Property Management Company. In the event of an emergency, all exits are plainly marked as are the locations of fire extinguishers. 7. It is unlawful for any known sex offenders to be in 1, 400 feet a school, park, playground daycare or any place that children congregate or play which includes residential neighborhoods and streets. 8. Visitors shall be mindful of all rules and regulations at public beaches and parks. This includes turtle nesting seasons. DO NOT DISTURB WILDLIFE. 9. Any guests or visitors associated with guests in the rental unit is required and expected to follow all rules and regulations.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Loved having all the bathrooms for each bedroom. There were 14 of us. The house was beautiful and so was the pool area. Pool was always at a great temperature for our November visit. Great location. Few minutes drive to beach and all the restaurants on Las Olas. Meir was very easy to work with. Thank you

We have been renting villas for 9 years, for our annual guys trip and this was by far the most amazing overall experience. The host (Meir) was extremely attentive - even late after-hours, and attentive to every question or need we had. The pool and Jacuzzi are heated, the house is clean, roomy and feels luxurious. The kitchen is also well equipped and functional with extra refrigerator, multiple dining areas etc. Highly recommend !!

This was the perfect place for our family to come together and have a truly memorable Thanksgiving. Ranging in age from 5 to 96, we had something for everyone: pool, accessibility, billiards, and a commercial grade kitchen that contributed to a truly stress free Thanksgiving meal. Shower pressure was great, beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough plates, glasses, etc. as well as bakeware, cookware, and serverware, wifi is reliable, etc. Situated in a very nice and safe neighborhood and true to the listing description, the beach is a short walk from the property.

We had a bachelor party of 14 guys. This house was perfect. Well located (close to beach and fishing place), the pool was awesome, and a great outdoor hang out space. We loved hanging out by the pool table. The owner was so communicative, he called me a few times just to see how things were going and helping us with the hot tub and the music system. He clearly wants to make sure you have a good time. Can't say enough good things about this house!! Thank you.

Mier was the absolute best host. He was extremely accommodating to all my requests. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and that I had the best experience. When I called for any issues he either explained the reasons (which made sense) or was very quick to resolve. When I expressed some areas of concern that I would have preferred which would have enhanced my experience, Mier was very open to my suggestions, some of which he thinks he will incorporate. If you are looking for an upscale get away for your family vacation, I highly recommend staying at this home. The atmosphere lends itself to one of high sophistication. If you value your home and will treat this like your very own, you will fit right into sense of comfort like none other.

Meir, the property manager and point of contact made everything SO easy and very quick to reply. Everything was very accommodating. The house was just amazing. very clean and had all the amenities you would want. We had a private cook come one night and had masseuses come for massages by the water. Great for fun and relaxing. Close to the beach! Could not have picked a better spot for a Bach! Thank you Meir!!

Couples Trip in Ft Lauderdale!!! We were fortunate to reserve this magnificent house during our 4 night stay. The house was FULLY equipped with all the necessities - towels, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towel, washer/dryer, etc. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The owners, Meir and Athena, were welcoming and communication was phenomenal. The house is conveniently located to restaurants, the beaches and Miami. We throughly enjoyed this beautiful house! Thank you for the hospitality!!!

Our group of couples sincerely enjoyed our stay at Meir’s home in Las Olas. The house was clean and well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were in excellent shape and well cared for. Plenty of basics in the kitchen, lots of towels, comfy beds... We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, and the beach is a short mile away. Lots of restaurants nearby, and shopping, as well. Meir communicated efficiently and was available to answer questions via text at any time. His housekeeper made checkin a breeze, and everything was simple and easy. Hope to visit again!

This was our first time to Ft. Lauderdale and we could not have picked a better house with such a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach everyday and have many restaurants close by. We all spent a lot of time at the house in the backyard enjoying the pool and hot tub. Meir (home owner) was so accommodating always available for any questions that we had. There is not one thing that we did not have at this house. I highly recommend this house for any family or group looking for a hassle free extraordinary time.

The house was lovely and spacious, well maintained and clean. It was big enough for the whole family to be in but still feel like we all had our own space.We would certainly stay again!
