These units do not have washers and dryers, as they are set up more like a standard hotel room.

Worst check-in experience I have ever had. It took 90 minutes and four visits to check in places to get the problem out of the way. Notice - I didn’t say resolved. Worldmark could see that I had reservations but had no record of them. They chose to give us an upgrade without actually resolving the problem. I request that you (VRBO) work with Worldmark and figure out exactly what happened and implement the solution so that nobody else ever goes through what I went through. Please email me the results of your research into why this and what the solution set looks like.
