About this house rental
Located in Gatlinburg, this attractive house for $186 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This three bedroom house lies on a large lot that overlooks the Roaring Fork Creek and has a view of the Gatlinburg Sky Lift. The house is 0.9 miles from the Aquarium, which puts you very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. You are also only 3.7 miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you don't want to walk downtown, then there is a trolley stop a short distance from the house. The house is also located just 4 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World. As an added bonus there are no curvy, hilly roads to worry about because this house is right off of HWY 321. This house was built 2018, boasting three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite, and 32" TV. It also has a patio door that leads out to the front porch so that you can sit and listen to the peaceful creek. On the other side of living room are two identical bedrooms with queen beds and 32 " TVs. In between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept. The living room has a gas log fireplace, a 55" TV, and a Blu - Ray Player. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa that could bring the accommodation of the house up to 8. The Kitchen is fully furnished and also has a full size washer and dryer for your use. Outside of the house it a 24" x 16" JUMBO Park Style Charcoal Grill if you would like to cookout will here. All TVs are hooked up to Spectrum Cable and there is high speed internet for you to use included in your stay. The little things that make a big difference! The home is stocked with a starter supply of consumable items, including coffee filters, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. Less planning for you, more enjoying your vacation! We offer a 10% discount for those who stay 7 nights or more!

We enjoyed our stay at the Firefly Retreat. We made use of the sofa bed. It was clean and the house had a foam topper and extra linens for it. The kids slept on it with no complaints and it was easy to setup. The house is within walking distance to the strip, but off the main drag so it's quiet. We chose not to walk if it was dark out of an abundance of caution, but enjoyed the option during the day. The pancake house near the Firefly was delicious. Owners are very responsive to messages and the checkout process is easy.

This was a great little house to stay at! It suited our family perfectly. The location was very nice. Close to things, yet in a quiet area. The master bedroom mattress was very firm. We would stay again.

The property was as good as the listing said if not better. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 baby staying 9 nights over Christmas/New Years and this property met and exceeded all of our needs. It is about a half mile to downtown and an easy walk. We were able to walk around Gatlinburg without worrying about parking. The owners were very easy to work with and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again in the future. It's definitely on our list to return to.

Firefly Retreat is clean. cozy , comfortable and convenient. The owners couldn't be nicer. The home is so clean and feels like your own home. Everything you need to begin your stay is provided. The space is excellent, The beds are very comfortable. The best thing is the location. location, location. Close to everything there is to offer. I was a teacher and I give it an A Plus.

The property was conveniently located a short distance from the Gatlinburg Trolley which was nice. The house is nice (as pictured) but the lot/setting is a bit misleading. It appears to be by itself, not near other accommodations. This is not the case as it sits between a motel and other cabins/condos. It wasn’t a problem, but the setting isn’t as cozy as the pictures present, but it WAS convenient to the trolley that we took into Gatlinburg.

Perfect Home away from Home
Wow! This could not have been any better. The property was exactly as described. It was spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all of the equipment and supplies we could possibly need. The location was perfect in close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. It easily accommodated our group of 7. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for an exceptional value in the Gatlinburg area.

They made everything very easy for us! Within waking distance to downtown. The house is very clean. Even had a starter pack or waters, ketchup, mustard, mayo and house hold essentials (tide pods, garbage bags, coffee filters etc..) We will defiantly recommend this house and if we are ever back in the area, we will book it again!

Spacious Home close to Gatlinburg
My family stayed at this beautiful home leading up to Thanksgiving. We were incredibly pleased with the home. It is truly as the photos show. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the fireplace is perfect, and the table is big enough for everyone to sit around and enjoy. We had hoped to walk to downtown Gatlinburg, but it is a very long walk so heads up if you want to walk! The location is nice though because you’re off the path of all the most heavily traveled areas and there are backroads to use to get in and out. Overall, would absolutely recommend for anyone traveling to Gatlinburg and wanting to be close to downtown.
