The place was just adaorable, like you would expect in the countryside of Interlaken, yet only a 10 minute bus ride to the train and city. Breakfast was very nice, fresh, presnted well. The staff was very wlecoming and hyelped with all our questions. Loved the decor and room. We had a non-balcony room but the view was very nice. We also shared a rooftop balcony for outdoor enjoyment if we wanted. Had didnner once here later at night and they accommodating in preparing something, which was delicious.

The staff were great, very accommodating! Highly recommend the breakfast, the selection and hot eggs were a great way to start the day. The restaurant was also great. We enjoyed our dinner.
The hotel wasn’t what we were expecting. The balcony was not private, it was connected with the rooms next door. Our neighbours smoked on it a lot, and as non smokers we felt we couldn’t leave our door open. No aircon meant the room was therefore very hot, with only 1 other window to open. The bathroom was very basic, water would go everywhere because of the bath shower situation. There were lots of bugs and a resident spider in the bathroom. We booked for 3 nights, but checked out early to keep travelling.
