I liked the decor and how comfortable the beds were. The living room was cosy and I liked the communication with the host. It was quick, professional and respectful. I liked how it was a whole house for a great price, and the quaint outdoor area.

I didn't like how the soap in the bathroom was empty and water had been put in it.

Everything was amazing, the baby crib and the high chair were already prepared. The house is very cosy and comfortable, the location perfect just down the street and you are in the center of Holywood. Its not far from the sea and also the train station is close. Tea and coffe and all other essentials were there. I stayed there with a friend and her little daughter and we all enjoyed it very much. Next time I am in the area I will stay at this place again.

If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs to be sure.

The house was very cute and just what we needed. Ivan the host was helpful and the fresh eggs from his chickens a lovely touch!

Its location, its charm, its cleanliness and its host. It’s close enough to Holywood town centre to be an easy stroll, yet far enough to be peaceful. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, and just the right temperature (which is a rare thing). It’s a cosy, charming place, with everything you need including a comfy bed. We slept like logs! The host, Ivan, was very accommodating of our arrival and departure times and also offered great advice on Holywood’s hostelries, whilst this wasn’t required by me as a former resident of the town, he affirmed everything I mentioned. This was our first trip back to Holywood since early 2020 and it was perfect, in no small part because of our Ninety-Seven experience. As the title says, Ninety Seven was 100%.

The place was spotless, there was contactless check in and out which made things very easy, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the place had a very luxurious feel, and all the essential bits like shampoo, cleaning supplies, tea and coffee etc were provided - we had a fabulous stay!
