Nice, clean and cozy apartment but in a location quite far away from central town.

The apartment was lovely but quite far to reach. The apartment itself is very clean and lovely. Everything was there. Nice and peacefully quiet. It is like from home to home. Cozy and comfortable.

Location was far. The hot water for the shower is inconsistent. The temperature for the hot water comes and go. Water pressure was ok but not hot enough. The boiler was not working properly. I had to ring Jason, the apartment's representative to reset the boiler for hot water. The apartment should have left some instructions for the boiler, places to eat or even a few take away leaflets for us to dine in. A small booklet of the apartment and the surrounding area would be helpful.

We enjoyed the stay except the tea/coffee facilities

It was a nice one and very clean.

we thought that tea bags and coffee are available. This is usual in all my previous stays via booking dot com. In this place all empty. We came to the property late. So I had to go again to buy milk, tea bags and coffee etc.

Very clean and spacious apartment away from city centre. Big comfortable beds.

Clean and spacious apartment. Well appointed and tastefully furnished. Good size beds and clean bathrooms.

No shampoo in the bathroom and no wardrobes in the bedrooms. Difficult to find with sat nav with post code.

Clean and comfortable. Big beds. Great location.

No toilet roll holders in bathrooms. No mirrors in bedrooms. Needs better signposting to the property, it's not very clear where it is?

very clean comfortable good beds and pillows , each room has its own toilet and the toilets, nice thick carpets in the bedrooms cosy and spacious.

A comfortable stay!

The location was close enough to drive to and from at the places we wanted to visit and away from the distractions of the every day. Plus, entertainment with board games and TV channels!!!

A lack of privacy by the kitchen window. Not a deal breaker!

Great place to stay. Clean, well equipped.

Spacious and clean. Comfy bed.

Liked it all. Only minor thing was that it’s not particularly easy to find, especially in the dark. Also a mirror near a plug socket would be useful.

Security cameras that were in the hall! I understand but a warning before booking would be very useful, also no with more information about them please.

The second bedroom was locked and it took a few hours to get in touch with the owners so couldn’t go in there

Overnight stay

Everything apart from the locked second bedroom I went with my brother and wasn’t expecting to share the same bedroom. The owner kindly refunded the second night before we knew this, which was exceptionally kind. We would also like to have used both bedrooms to see the set up for future bookings with our wives. Great location for access to the cricket ground our reason for booking! Pubs within walking distance also a bonus.

Spacious apartment, exceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen. Large comfortable beds, big TVs. Peaceful and secluded location. Would definitely stay again.

A Home away from Home.

A Clean & comfortable property, it felt like a home away from home. Even down to the sheets / towels, just good quality facilities. We would stay here again. Its very ideal for toddlers with it having no stairs. Fast response times from the property owner.

The far left parking spot was taken (we were told it would be for us) which did make it hard to bring all my sons things in. Perhaps small bin liners required for bathroom bins.
