The location was good, we werent in busy busy areas but walkable to bourbon street & the french quarter. The space was big with the listed amenities. The bed was comfy. The host is very good at getting back to you & helping resolve any issues. The security guards were pleasant & helpful.
The codes didnt work on arrival but was quickly sorted when i reached out to the host. The bathrooms could do with a complete re do. They look tired & old. The cleanliness of the bedding & bathroom also needs a bit of improvement.

Location is good. On edge of French Quarter. 4 mins from Canal St. 5 mins Bourbon St, 10 mins Jackson Sq.
We were 4 retired Brits and booked a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The apartment was a good size. Beds comfortable. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, towels & toiletries provided.
There was a dreadful, disgusting smell in the public areas, including the lift. Our apartment 1200 was fine, though.
There is no reception, no staff. It's self check in, and we had a problem, so had to phone a US no. Eventually got through and got into our apartment.
There were no glasses, so sent a request for some, every day for 4 days without success. On our last day, we got the glasses!
There is no bar, cafe or shop on the premises. There are a couple of restaurants nearby. It is a different concept to hotels.
