The hotel has a very good location, and the staff were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the sauna and gym area - especially during bad weather, it was a great way to relax and spend time indoors.
However, there were a few things that made our stay less comfortable. The hair dryer was not suitable for drying long hair, as it overheated and switched off very quickly. Sometimes it took me almost two hours to fully dry my hair because after every shutdown I had to wait a long time for it to cool down and work again. This was extremely inconvenient.
We stayed for 5 days and requested room cleaning once, since cleaning is not done automatically unless requested. Unfortunately, the room was cleaned poorly - the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the floor had not been vacuumed properly either.
