The location is perfect, right in the middle of pittoresk Durbuy, you can walk anywhere in the city, while still enjoying quietness around you once back in the hotel.
The hotel is in a beautiful old building and the room was well designed, with even a little balcony.
We had a room at the top Floor and ik was to hot. There were fans around the bed, but an airco (even a mobile version in summer) should be considered.
There is no elevator, so be careful of what type of luggage you bring.
Staff was friendly upon check-in and during breakfast, but when we wanted to take a drink upstairs after returning from dinner, we felt like we were a burden to the staff.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Durbuy. The room was very pretty and clean. A little on the warm side given that it was a warm July day, but would totally recommend it.

Location and staff friendliness.
Probably the facilities (room) were a bit too hot and with any air con.

Perfect location.
Not at all how it looks on the picture. We had to turn on the shower and bath at the same time for hot water. The sofa was damaged. Everyone could look straight inside.
