Location close to the central. Bar and pool table downstairs.
Carpets were stained and smelly. The parking that the hotel holds a contract with is a good 7min walk. The one below the hotel is the same price. Stayed one night, nothing further to report.

The hotel is very well located, near the Opera, walk distance to historic centre. Good breakfast options, nice place for take breakfast. The receptionist give a bottle to take drinking water. Comfortable bed.
The shampoo bottle was empty in the bathroom.

The location is definitely a plus - close to the city center. The bar at the reception is stylish, and the room itself was fine, though more like a 3* than a 4*.
Parking was inconvenient - not attached to the hotel, you have to walk, and the price of €20 per night felt overpriced. Carrying luggage from the parking lot was uncomfortable, and it was unclear which of the two parking garages we were supposed to use. We first parked in the wrong one, had to move the car, and ended up paying €22 in total just for a mediocre parking spot not even in the hotel.
Our room had a view of a wall and another parking lot, which made it even stranger that the hotel’s own parking was not nearby.
In the bathroom, soap was missing, the shampoo dispenser was broken, and the shower gel didn’t work properly. After we reported it, they just handed us two large bottles without replacing anything in the room - not really what you’d expect from a 4* hotel.
Overall, it felt more like a 2-3* experience.
