Amazing stay highly recommend! Swimming pool, room with everything you need (bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, soups, shaving kits) we even had 2 toilets in our suite. Room was spacious and cozy 💜 had 2 beds, tv, mini fridge, kettle^^

Beautiful building and surroundings. Very stylish interior. Lavish breakfast. Very big room
Small spa that allows outsiders. Bath tub stop was broken, wish makes for a difficult bath time. City of Luik is not much special.

The room was spacious, in good condition and had a useful desk. Breakfast was acceptable.
The pillows were too firm and too short, making them uncomfortable. I also couldn’t open the room’s window.
Information about the hotel’s facilities was lacking. Nothing was explained about the spa, and the lift directions were confusing: some lifts reached reception on the seventh floor, while others required getting off on the sixth and taking the stairs, without clear signage.
Parking was particularly frustrating. No clear explanation was given about the hotel’s outdoor parking, the neighbouring municipal parking or the hotel’s indoor garage. The ticket I received wouldn’t open the garage door. I couldn’t even stop temporarily outside the entrance to unload my luggage, which made carrying bags in the rain very inconvenient. Parking should have been included for hotel guests (22€/day).
