it was okay staying there

The cups and spoons wr not clean

Renovate some of the things, the cuppert smells try something else.

If they can improve that then is fine.I liked my stay

Friendly staff with smile. Always happy. Helpful with energy.

No microwave to warm left overs. No electric kettle to make coffee. No heater for cold weather

All i can say is that i was very disappointed with this hotel

Tv Wardrobe Bedding was dirty There was a weird smell I had to go to another floor for iron

Welcoming and friendly staff. We had fun💃💃. Coming back definitely Yes!!

Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was so reasonable.

Restaurant didn't have much to order.No wines. You advertise the Spa in the reception area but when we asked about it, we didn't got the correct information. No pricing list info.

I stayed because I needed a place to stay only

The harbour view especially at night

There were cockroach in a room The bed was not comfortable, it's actually looked too old There was a noise of drunk people and kids were running the whole night making noise as well

Never going back there again

The view on the balcony that's all.

Infested with coachroaches...its filthy,when laying down the coachroaches play around you in bed. Sheets are not clean. TV has no remote, it dsnt have sound. Breakfast same meal every day, they decide for you...they don't give you options.Photos we saw on the internet are not the same as the Real Riviera Hotel we saw.

I asked them to give me a room in a lower level and I was given a room in fifth floor.

Worse American breakfast ever. We also had a broken elivator I had to walk 5 floors up to pickup my bags with my broken knee plus old age.

I didn't like anything from from that place they need a lot of improvement. Change the coffin elivator an it's very dark. Restaurant look like a ghetto restaurant Un attractive.

Staff was friendly.

The room was stuffy. Caught flu the same night due to the room being un clean. The carpet makes the room smell bad. The shower was cold😭. It was really bad.

I liked nothing

the staff is okay until such time to check out. we were made to wait by the reception so that they can go check the room before we were let go. I felt disrespected and help hostage. the door locks are old, there's no fridge in the room.

Hotel stuffer and the manager is so professional and sweet

Firstly when i was booking i was told about the 2pm check in and worse the white lady there is just to rude for my likings and the place wasn't clearn where the rest arear is lastly the car parking isssue that is very concerning because i had to fight for my car to be released like i dont pay for it i still need a formal apology from the lady that was assisting me because it went as far as one of the hotel assistance paying out of their own pocket because that lady was just rude telling me i will get a much rude person then her net time.

You rooms are clean and you workers are friendly

We just suffer as there is no fridge and your TV not in good standing and you must have back up for electricity as some of people suffering by stars . you must also provide with tea /coffee

The staff were very friendly and place next to the harbour my kids enjoyed walking there and the view

Beds and sheets are too old ,ceiling fans are too dusty and problem with cockroaches needs to be fumigated
