Room was spacious with spacious bathroom and hot water. Staff on duty when I arrive on Friday were very welcoming and friendly.
Carpet was old and dull, cups for tea that they provided us with stained, most things were hidden, I kept on phoning to ask where to find things eg plug for light, fridge kept inside wardrobe etc.
I thought it was bed and breakfast only to realize later that breakfast was excluded I had to pay separately.
No control over drunk clients despite asking the reception to intervene I slept very late.
When checking out on Sunday , the staff on duty were so unfriendly.
