Situated in Saylorsburg, this charming house for $115 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautifully renovated interior completed July of 2020 in this 2 bedroom 2 bath home. New furniture throughout, Super comfortable beds in each room. master bedroom has a queen and the 2nd bedroom can be set up as a king or 2 twin beds just be specific when booking. Smart televisions in all bedrooms and living room, AC to keep you cool in the summer. Property sits on 2 acres with a stream that you can sit by and relax , take a quiet walk or start a nice fire in the pit. Best of all your not deserted- there is a pizzeria/beer eat in take out adjacent to the home-- just within a 1 minute WALK, 3 minutes from beautiful Saylorsburg Lake where you can enjoy a delicious meal at Lakeside Bar and Grill with live music on the weekends ! as well as an open outdoor deck on the lake ! .Your just minutes off of 33 minutes no guess work easy to find and easy to navigate to many great spots without being stuck in the Pocono traffic on the way in ! Within minutes you can be at Saylorsburg Flea market largest outdoor flea market in the Pocono's. If you love vineyards and winery this is the spot within 10 minutes of Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery, 5 minutes from Sorrento Cherry Valley Vineyard, 10 min from RAW Urban Winery & Hard Cidery & a few more For those who like to hike, we are about a 5 minute drive from the Appalachian trail and 15 minute drive to Jacobsburg state park which also has mountain bike trails , walking trails and all terrain runs as well. you can also fish and have a picnic or just walk around enjoy nature. Just a Gorgeous state park. For some October fun we are just minutes from the famous Lake house hotel of Horror & Mazzella 15 minutes to Blue Mountain, 20 min to camel back 15 minutes to the Crossings and 25 minutes to Pocono Raceway.

Great property with easy access to Stroudsburg, Allentown, Pocono Mts. and surrounding areas. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean and perfect if you’re traveling with doggies. (Lots of lawn) Great Pizzeria within walking distance. We loved it!

This place was perfect for the bridal shower weekend with life long friends. It was close to everything and this was our 2nd stay. We will be back!!

The apartment was sweet and simple, the property behind the house is pretty to look at, a small pond and a little river off to the side. We were provided with plenty of utensils and toiletries.
Very easy to find, what I can say is that if you’re a light sleeper like myself, bring ear plugs because the traffic is frequent most hours of the night and can be very noisy. The house creaks a bit but nothing you don’t get used to fairly quickly.
Also a very convenient location, very close by to anything we need
The property manager Paul was very responsive and incredibly considerate, a storm was rolling through and he called us to make sure we were aware and prepared just in case we got the worst case scenario.
We definitely can say we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the property is well-equipped, clean and conveniently located very close to Delaware Water Gap activities. We had a small issue with heat and Paul very quickly came and fixed it. Great place to stay!

Very convenient for the event that we attended. We needed a place primarily for sleeping since there were no local motels.
So, we were not able to fully utilize all the unit's amenities. The only negative is that it is located on a very busy street, so the traffic noise is substantial. But that's a very beautiful area and would choose to stay at that property again if we went back.

The house was super clean and we didn’t want for anything related to supplies for the house. It was easy to check in, the directions were precise and it was better than advertised. I would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to vacation in the area.

This property is located in a central location so it’s a short drive to places of interest no matter what direction you goes. The house is a duplex and is located right beside a very, very busy road (115). There is a fire pit but the view to the stream is overgrown, the ponds are drained, the grass wasn’t mowed and I’m not sure where you’re taking a “quiet” walk to. Just be aware the this is not a private area and I found the description and the pictures to be extremely misleading. There are neighbors on all sides and a very busy 24 hour veterinarian across the street.

Nice little house.
The house is cute and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient but not very private. The road it’s on is very busy but that’s really our only complaint.

First and foremost, the property is beautiful. It was fully renovated, cleaned, organized and super cozy. The house had everything we needed including board games and books. It was super easy to check in. Paul was very attentive to our messages and very accommodating to our needs. Our neighbor is such a sweetheart. The backyard is AMAZING, well kept, very spacious and relaxing with the creek running next to the fire pit. The check out process was simple and clear. We wanted to extend our stay but it was booked :( We will definitely be visiting again and booking for a longer duration. Paul is an amazing host.

The kitchen had all essentials which made it easy to cook all meals at home. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having two baths.The home sits close to a little creek and it's a short walk to the lake. There are stores and restaurants very close by. The check in and communication with the host was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay at this home again.
