Great location. Comfortable rooms. Quiet even in the most downtown area. Great staff.
Wish the room had a mini fridge, but having ice available down the hall was nice.

I travel a lot in Europe...East and West, North and South Africa and thé Americas. This hotel was very comfortable and very well located to visit thé city.
Thé air conditioning is a bit noisy. The réception staff very neutral and thé restaurant staff on thé border of impolite. Thé manager only got chatty when it was time to pay. I said I would leave a tip and before asking how much, hé put 30 per cent on thé bill. Thé overall meal was cheap so OK but thé norm in Mexico is 10 per cent. You expect to get ripped off in taxis but not in the restaurant which is next to thé hôtel. So to thé manager of this hotel, great place but sorry you need to speak to the staff especially in thé restaurant. The area is well located but dont bé hanging out on your at night. There are always people around though but safety in numbers

Breakfast buffet was good. Location on a quiet street near Alameda and other sights is excellent. Surprisingly inexpensive for this area.
Room lacked air-conditioning, elevators were undergoing maintenance, smelly painting going on in an adjacent room, room key worked only about 50% of the time. It was pleasant enough otherwise, but hard to understand what makes this a "4-star" hotel.
