The restaurant was always full for dinner and there are not alot of choices in the small town.

wifi only worked on the balcony and pool. And the speed was about 0.05mbps.

The pool although large it is very shallow. The bathroom needs some modernising and a coffee and tea making station in the room would have been a great plus.

We stayed with our 3 children for 5 nights. The resort was set in a small fishing village and was very pretty. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was just big enough or us ( the 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed is tiny and the kids ended up on the sofa in the living room, which was fine with us). The rooms were being cleaned daily, with towels changed as required, which was lovely. Parking on site. The pool staff were friendly and always managed to find you a bed, even if all were taken. :-) The pool was the best part of the resort and we would come back here just for that! After 5 days we all felt really relaxed and happy. Our youngest daughter loved the evening children disco. Nearby was a fab fish restaurant from which to watch the sunset.

It was a little disappointing that the hotel entertainment was either aimed at the little kids or adults. There were no family activities as such, apart from the aqua gym. Would also be nice to have a slightly better selection of pastries at breakfast. I know that breakfast is not necessarily a big thing in Italy, but our children would appreciate a few more freshly baked produce to choose from. It would also be nice to have some basic cleaning product for the duration of our stay, like a small washing up liquid, dish cloth etc ( we ended up buying 1litle bottle from a local shop). However, none of this would put us off staying again.

The size of the room was large, and most of the grounds were nice; bed was comfortable.

Pool closes between 1 and 3pm, the hottest time when you would most likely wish to use it. It closes again at 7pm, so no evening swims; rooms are extremely noisy (can here EVERYTHING in neighboring rooms); dining staff not very accommodating; simple changes could make the property better; breakfast not replenished often, could provide more outdoor shaded dining space; areas not well marked; pool music during day too loud; path down to "beach" was a dirt path with broken glass, not relaxing. Area beaches filled with seaweed. With some simple changes this could be a really nice place to stay.

Spacious two bedroom apartment living room Lovely setting under the mountain that has town called Erice on top, and Mt Cofano is also quite visible. No indoor hotel hallways leading to our apartment (and overall well ventilated spaces - very useful in corona times) Superb gated parking lot with Access to large safety deposit boxes at the reception 24/7 (since our apt didn’t have a safe) Excellent dinner Warm, relaxing pool Omelet would run out quickly at breakfast during the first few days. Management that cares about the hotel, and we saw lots of little improvements along the way even without us complaining.

Short bed in main bedroom Blankets disappeared after a day but were returned to us after we complained (needed for cold toes on a short bed!) Various idiosyncrasies exposed to the guests (separate billing of the club at the pool, itemized receipts getting signed at dinner although we prepaid for half-board) Not enough staff speak English fluently No microwave in the kitchen (we did get the kettle when we asked for it) Little variability of the food for breakfast Super aggressive timeout for wifi access

The actual resort is nice but in some areas it can improve, breakfast was quite good usual continental breakfast, the rooms were a good size the pool area was good some of the staff were helpful and good but some just could not be bothered. The best member of staff there was a guy call Fabio he was the acqua gym person he was very good at getting people together and taking part in the activities intially I said no to the first time but he was persistent so I could to refuse but in all he makes up for the poor bits.

Booked a quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 teens 15 & 17 the main bed is a good super king but the sofa bed was dreadful not for two person good for toddlers but not for teenagers or adult

Loved the live piano music for dinner, the little Beach and the amazing staff. They were always very helpful and kind. Beautiful suite and a quiet location with amazing sunsets. Everything was very clean and neat.

Too much sweets and pastries at breakfast for a Swede and the scrambled eggs was always finished. Very loud music by the pool that wasn’t always appreciated, but that’s the only complaint we’ve got.
