The location was absolutely outstanding. The inn sits on top of a hill. You can see four different medieval Hillside towns from the inn, with driving time to each of between 6 and 20 minutes.
He owner Federico was very kind and helpful.
There are comfortable lounge chairs for sitting outside and enjoying the view. The owner told me they are adding a swimming pool for next summer.
The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was sizable, but the shower in our room was very small. This might be a problem if you are a larger person. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we made some spaghetti with sauce and it worked fine.
With any Agriturismo, be aware that the owners are working on the farm during the day and are not available to you. There is no early or late check out or that kind of thing, because they are busy.
At Poggio Tobruk, it cost €10 per person for breakfast because we booked through Booking.com. The owner said that if you book directly breakfast is free, so you might want to check relative prices.

I loved the location, view, and room. So easy to drive to all the small towns. My wife and I would sit on the hillside and watch the sunset go down over the rolling hills. The room had beautiful woodworking and was by far the biggest and nicest we stayed at in Italy.

It has amazing views of the valley and you can see all the surrounding towns. The room was super spacious and well decorated.
Outside it’s kind of barren. Nowhere to walk around or seat to enjoy the views under a shade. There is a covered outside kitchen, but it has no views.

The balcony was really nice.
The refrigerator was in the balcony and it was dusty. We had to bring it inside. Why was it at the balcony? It was working and everything. Like. We could’ve used it from d0. Also because it was in the balcony when we brought it in, it was full of little grasshopper looking things. Why did we have to deal with that? Especially given it was 30+ degrees outside why was the refrigerator outside? I just cannot get it.
