I really liked the room, lots of space , the balcony with sea view , the hotel atmosphere is super nice. Location is perfect near from the main areas.
Breakfast is really very poor ! You choose one dish in the menu , however I can't complain about food quality which was really good . I just missed that breakfast with Yogurt + fruits + eggs ..
I missed a swimming pool too , if the Hotel had it it would be 10/10 .
One point that it is important to mention is that the hotel does not have parking , because it is in the walking area of Playa del Carmen . But there are lots of parking lots nearby.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety. The beach is a stone throw away where you can enjoy the view peacefully. We're round the corner from 5th Avenue so always something to do and go to. Even though it's close to all the amenities, the evenings were peaceful. To top it off...the staff were lovely and friendly. Highly recommend 😁

One of the female evening clerk wasn’t there to help she was there to get paid, nothing else.
