The only thing no hot water to take a shower. Maintenance person leaves at 8:00 pm so had to go to another room to be able to take a shower other then that just the inconvenience.

Everything about the property was great except the bed! That was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Aside from that, location was amazing the Luciana beach club is now seperate and to use you have to spend about $400 pesos which wasn’t bad. Never got to go to the Carmen roof top which is what’s included now with the stay

No frills and a bit dated but for the price and location, it was a great value. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, I recommend it.

"Good location in town on the beach. Everything was clean and well kept. Was a nice break from the huge resorts. Seaweed was no different here than anywhere else but they tried to keep it cleaned up. "
