The staff are welcoming , the facilities are comfortable, the cleanliness is top notch , and they provided mineral water every morning
The Air conditioning i set to the lowest temperature but it wasn’t really cooling

We booked a Kumamo room which was really cute. The bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a garage which is really necessary if you have a rental car.
The room was really small, we had to store our two bags in front of the door as there was absolutely no other place to put them.

It was a well-appointed and comfortable hotel.
I thought it was over-priced, and I felt the parking charges were very high. The location was central.
